Two quiet car parks provide a pleasant daytime and evening stop, with plenty of space. You can stay until 10pm but not overnight. Picnic benches, coastal walks, castle and lighthouse access are available, with 24-hour toilets at the Learning Centre; the Castle toilets close at 5pm.

A gorgeous place to spend the day/evening (can stay until 10pm but definitely NOT OVERNIGHT). Plenty of space, picnic benches, coastal walks, access to castle and lighthouse. Toilets open 24hrs at Learning Centre (also toilets at Castle close 5pm). We did chance it and stayed overnight (was lovely n quiet) but got caught by the ranger at 8.30am! Managed to avoid £100 fine tho phew!
