Been here?
This is a simple parking place near beautiful coves and beaches, with level, spacious parking and no services. The natural surroundings are attractive, and the beach is close by, with access to Cala del Pato via a nearby footpath. Traffic on the road is heavy during the day and night, although overnight stays have also been reported as quiet. Vehicles up to 7m5 have accessed the place.

The beaches are wonderful, good place to park, flat and spacious, but there is a lot of traffic during the day and at night.
We stayed one night. For a simple parking area, we thought the place was fantastic, very close to the beach, in a quiet area where the parking is relatively flat and easy. The natural surroundings are very beautiful, as are the beaches. Recommended!
The road is very busy and people speed. Apart from that, a good place for one night. The beaches there are very beautiful.
I love this place; it has no services, but the scenery is beautiful and the beaches are even better. I spent three perfect days.
Nice beach from here. Good phone signal too. Road is kind of busy in the day.
Spent two quiet nights. We had no trouble from the vandals mentioned in other comments. Very peaceful place, although it is beside a road. A beach is 5 minutes away on foot. There is also a nearby nudist beach for those interested. A 15-minute walk to a lighthouse overlooking the port of Conil. In Conil, 12 minutes away by car, there is a service station and 5 large supermarkets.
We spent one night here, very quiet, with no noise. No services, but 2 minutes from the access path down to Cala del Pato.
Day spent in the magnificent coves... Lovely sunset with our feet in the water Spent the night there alongside a few vans in this season Accessible to large vehicles (ours is 7.5 m, but larger should be possible) No problems during the night In the morning, a few vehicles pass at high speed!
An area with some very beautiful coves. The road is somewhat busy during the day.
Spent 2 nights at the end of November, well located for the Roche coves but with a lot of traffic even in the evening. No problem for us; perhaps we were lucky after reading the other comments!
Warning! Children causing trouble with stones.
We stayed this weekend and it was very good, until some hooligans arrived at 2 in the morning on a motorbike and smashed the motorhome window.
A huge amount of parking, relatively quiet despite being next to a road, which is not particularly busy at night. The Guardia Civil passed twice and there were no problems. You sleep well, and the Roche coves are very close. Recommended.
I completely agree with the previous comments. This Saturday, some children on motorbikes damaged our van with stones.
Quiet at night for a rest stop however I would be careful if you leave your van/motorhome (we didn’t) as there was lots of broken glass (windows) along the parking area
Good parking right next to the beach, but it is quite difficult to sleep well because of all the vehicle noise.
We were a little worried because of the comments from recent weeks, but there were quite a few campers and no problem camping. All night (it was Saturday) there was road noise from the passing traffic. The coves accessible from here make the parking very busy, especially at weekends, so if you go mid-morning there may be no parking.
The place is fine during the day because it is close to the cove. But it is now 2 in the morning and a group of children on motorbikes has passed about 10 times. This last time they were honking, shouting and talking about picking up stones... so before something terrible happens, I’m leaving. I don’t think it’s safe to sleep here.
We parked in this parking area for the first time for one night and will never park here again. At 3 in the morning we started hearing a motorbike, and shortly afterwards they hit the rear of our camper, denting the side doors and breaking some plastic parts. I don’t know whether they threw a stone or hit us with a stick or something, then fled. Don’t stop here.
Great place to park up for a night or two, our van is 6m so we had to park sideways to the road but wasn’t a problem as there were plenty of spaces. Lots of vans around too.
Great place to park up for the night. After dusk the cars stop and you get a good night sleep.
Perfect, with a sea view and very close to the sea.
One of the best free places to park and spend the night on the Cádiz coast, bearing in mind that motorhomes are not welcome in most coastal towns. Next to the road, with partial sea views and a pine grove. Beside some beautiful coves. At this time of year there is little traffic, although cars do pass quite quickly. There were about 5 or 6 motorhomes.
I spent 3 days there without being disturbed. The beach is 5 minutes away, accessible by a staircase.
Beautiful place for one night. Sometimes cars drive past at high speed, but it was fine for us. Lovely walk with sea views.
felt safe EXCEPT the cars flying past at serious speeds, stayed 3 nights, would have stayed a 4th but a car undertook at great speed another car, inches from us , hit the gravel, managed to miss our van by a couple of meters, considering the actual road isn't in a great condition someone will get hurt sooner or later, billions of mossies as well, but the beach and area make it worthwhile
Quite a lot of car traffic at the weekend. Lots of space. Sea views; the coves are below the road.
Superb location, with the downside of cars passing at very high speed. We were alone. Beautiful cove below. Indeed, cars drive fast, but at night there are few of them (late October), and it did not bother us at all. Bin available in front of the beach access points.
Parking spaces along the road providing access to the coves and a walk to the lighthouse. At access point 3 there are even rubbish containers.
Good place to spend the night and the day by the beach. We slept alongside other motorhomes and vans. The only bad thing is the noise from cars passing along the road all night. There is plenty of space and it is nicely level.
We spent one night in June 2024. If it is very hot, it can be uncomfortable at night because there is almost no shade. It is practically right beside the road, which is not very busy at night, but the views and the chance to enjoy the nearby coves make it worthwhile.
Perfect for spending the day at the beach and staying overnight. We arrived around midnight and there was plenty of space. With an 8-metre motorhome, we had to park diagonally and occupy two spaces so it would fit, but some volunteers in the area advised and helped us. They ask for a voluntary contribution. Beach access is just a few minutes away. Some coves are a must-see.
Very good place to sleep. Beautiful coves nearby. Recommended to watch the sunset. We slept alongside several motorhomes and campers.
We stayed here 2 night with no problem at all. Quite spot with respectful other campers at the same time as us. Busy in the day with people going to the beach but not at night. Bins for rubbish and easy access to the beach and other areas.
