Chemin de Cours-Husté, 64290, Gan
Been here?
Parking on a working vineyard property with stunning valley views. Showers and toilets available for €3 per person. The narrow 800-metre access road accommodates motorhomes up to 9 metres. Free-range chickens, cats, sheep with bells, and neighbourhood dogs create considerable noise in the evening and night—not ideal for a peaceful stay. Hosts are friendly and welcoming.

Still a beautiful place for an overnight stay, but we did not receive the welcome mentioned in the reviews I read. It is very nice that there is a toilet and bathroom. In the evening/night, there was a lot of noise from loose sheep with bells and dogs from the surrounding area. The road there is accessible enough, but there must not be an oncoming vehicle.Translating
Perfect night in this little paradise. The lady and her son are very welcoming, the view is splendid, and the company of the two dogs is a great bonus ❤️ Thanks again!Translating
Perfect. A wonderful welcome from Mrs Cours. The eggs are good. Be careful: the last 800 m on arrival are along a narrow road. Thank you, ma’am.Translating
A warning to keep your dog on a lead would have been helpful. The chicken are totally free range - even coming up to the parking area around the house. The five cats spent the evening laying outside our door. It was not a restful place
We came to spend three nights in the motorhome with my parents and their T4. We were welcomed by the owner’s son, who was very friendly, and especially had a wonderful interaction with the owner herself, who was truly lovely and with whom it was very pleasant to chat. We had a really lovely time here! Special mention to the dog, who was adorable, and to the superb view. I highly recommend it!Translating
Thank you for welcoming us into your yard and for the lovely conversations. Shower/toilet facilities are €3 per person.Translating
What a wonderful encounter! Thank you to Annie and her son. I’ll come and bring you some good homemade tea—count on me. See you soon.Translating
Very warm welcome, magnificent view. Thank you, Annie and your son.Translating
What a beautiful place! What a view! A lovely, friendly lady who gave us a warm welcome. The road there is somewhat steep and narrow, but even with our 9-metre motorhome we made it. It is definitely worth it!Translating
Without a doubt, THE highlight of our trip. Annie is a sweet grandmother straight out of a storybook. She and her son have a beautiful villa in the middle of vineyards and make their excessive amount of space available to travellers. We paid €3 per person for the bathroom; staying there itself was free! Even though we had to communicate with gestures, it worked perfectly.Translating
Welcomed by an incredibly kind and hospitable woman! Beautiful location and inexpensive. We were two people with a tent and could pitch it on the grass. For €3 per person, we got a small bathroom with toilet and shower, very clean! A terrace where you could eat with a beautiful view. One of our favourite overnight spots this holiday—an absolute must-visit if you are nearby!Translating
A warm welcome. Peaceful... shower available if needed. I recommend it. A lovely lady and her kind dog.Translating
Annie is an extraordinary lady. Her kindness and good humour are matched only by the beauty of the site... Once again, a huge thank you, ma’am. We would be delighted to come and see you again. Philippe and Sylvie from Marseille.Translating
Welcoming and discreet owner, sanitary facilities available, pleasant conversations, and we left with delicious eggs and pâté! Thank you.Translating
A truly magical place to stop. The owner is one of the nicest people I’ve met in my life, my 2 year old son loved her and was calling her Nanna! She made us feel so welcome and the views are second to none. I wish we had more time as I’d happily stay here for weeks. Best stop ever
Disappointed not to be able to taste the Clos Husté products, but won over by the welcome from Mrs Cours Husté. She loves meeting new people, and it shows. Special mention to Jimmy the dog, a great companion for walks and cuddles. We recommend it 100%!Translating
