Aithsvoe Marina, ZE2 9HG, Cunningsburgh
Been here?
A small touring park beside a beautiful harbour, with enough space for 8-10 motorhomes or caravans. It costs £25 a night and provides mostly flat pitches with electric hook-up and water, clean toilets and showers, a kitchen, laundry, and waste-water facilities. Showers cost £1, the site is quiet overnight, and chemical toilet disposal is currently broken.

Fantastic site. Clean and everything in good working order. Showers give plenty time for £1.00. Washing machine and tumble dryer were brilliant. Quick and efficient. Site is quiet overnight. Definitely recommend.
Very clean was a great stay did paddle boarding here at night great showers
Very beautiful location, unfortunately the toilet can no longer be emptied. Apart from that, everything is perfectly in order: clean toilets and showers, a kitchen with microwaves, an oven, etc.
£25 a night, excellent camp kitchen open all night. Coin operated efficient washing machine with separate dryer, EHU + water at pitches, waste water drop. As of 25th May chemical waste is broken. Great to visit Sumburgh 20 drive, also close to charming Hoswick with very good visitor centre + cafe + some local jewellery + woollen stores.
as below, facilities are excellent. Now £25 p/n (April 2025)
really good location. clean toilets and showers, although latter are coin operated. but £1 gives a good hot shower. Ateast 10 pitches, most of which are flat and have electric hook up and water. although laundry services at premises, the tumble drier has been out of action for weeks, with management aware.
£20, via honesty envelope, gets you an immaculate toilet and warm shower, hook up, huge campers kitchen with a view and clean tarmac to park upon. Lots of reading materials in the kitchen too. A wonderful find.
Beautiful little campsite. Clean showers (cost £1) and toilets. Large common room with laundry facilities. Since some pitches are also reserved, be sure to check the pitch plan to see whether anything is available. We wanted to do a circular walk from there, but it is currently impossible because the farmer has put up new fences everywhere and there are no stiles. Very unfortunate.
It's a fabulous place, really quiet at night, overlooking a pretty little harbour. Run by the local community. agree with all other comments. I just found it strange that the amenity block was locked in the evening. It was still locked when we left at 10.30 am.
This is the second time we’ve stopped here and I have to say it’s one of our favourite stops. The facilities are excellent. It’s a £1 for the shower they are hot and spacious and you get a good long shower for a £1. It’s probably very special to us as we stayed in Dec 2021 and we received a very warm welcome despite it being closed for winter. Plenty of space and a lovely harbour to look at.
Beautiful site. Everything you need. Washing machine and dryer can only be used with lots of £1 and £2 coins. After almost ten pounds, the laundry still wasn't dry, as £2 is not enough for a drying cycle, but only for 20–30 minutes. Definitely not recommended to wash and dry here. Otherwise, a great site.
