Been here?
A small parking area beside the salt pans and salt museum, suitable for an overnight stay. It offers beautiful views towards Trapani and memorable sunsets, while a nearby restaurant serves reasonably priced food. The museum costs €5 per person, and the area can become busy in the morning. There are no motorhome services.

We stayed a night here, visited the salt pans and the museum (10 euros) and a wonderful sunset. Quite busy in the morning.
We are delighted. We parked very peacefully right by the salt pans with our large truck. The view is indescribably beautiful. There is a great restaurant right next door serving delicious food at absolutely reasonable prices. The small, interesting museum (€5 per person) and access to the salt pans (also €5 per person) are directly opposite. It is simply wonderful here.
Beautiful place, a parking area belonging to the salt museum. Slightly lit. I was here in February; the museum was closed, but you can still visit the salt pans and the information room. Wonderful view from the parking area. Had a very quiet night. Excellent 5G reception. No facilities.
We were there for one night in mid-December; unfortunately, everything was closed. We were able to visit the outdoor area very well. Great view of Trapani. Space for 3 to 5 buses.
We spent a quiet night here in heavy rain and wind.
The place is very beautiful, especially at sunset, and quiet once the restaurant has closed. We stayed in the first parking area on arrival.
Excellent, quiet and peaceful. The restaurant is well worth a visit.
We stayed the night before taking the guided tour of the Salt Museum. The parking area is for restaurant and Salt Museum customers. The night was quiet; from 11 p.m. the parking area is practically empty after the restaurant customers leave. The guided tour of the salt pans is highly recommended and suitable for young and old.
Exceptional setting, magnificent sunset, and the parking area is quite large. Quiet from the time the restaurant closes until 9–10 a.m.
Beautiful and very interesting museum. We came back in the evening to sleep; the place was extremely quiet and cool. Recommended!
Quiet, easy to park with a view of the salt pans. The restaurant next door is simply excellent; I highly recommend it.
Just a parking area, but sleeping among the salt marshes with a magnificent sunset is priceless. Very quiet night. Watch out for mosquitoes—the only downside.
We slept here for one night. Quiet place. It is the parking area for visiting the salt museum. Gravel surface, but level. One note: there is a slight pond-like smell from the nearby salt pans.
Quiet place. We were alone there at night. The Salt Museum is definitely worth a visit. For large campers over 7 metres, it can be tight.
Excellent parking area. During the day it is used by visitors to the museum. Make sure to visit the salt museum—it is charming and the guide is extremely friendly. Well worth it!
After seeing a spectacular sunset among the salt pans, we decided to stay overnight. A great choice: after the museum closed, absolute peace—just stars and birds. The first car passed at 9:00, probably the person opening the museum. We were alone and had no problems.
Pleasant setting. We spent a quiet night.
Optimal for one night, quiet and free. If you want to visit the Trapani salt pans, this is a good place to stay. However, you have to travel about 800 metres along an uneven gravel road. In the morning from 6 a.m. and in the evening until 8 p.m., an occasional vehicle passes; otherwise, apart from animals, nothing can be heard.
Wonderful and completely peaceful night. A visit to the salt pans and museum is highly recommended.
Nice, peaceful place to spend the night near the Salt Museum; the night was quiet and peaceful.
