Been here?
A vacant lot set back from the road beside Lake Halco, with a horse-riding centre 200 m away. It is a quiet natural place for one night, and a 7 m long, 2 m wide vehicle entered successfully, often finding shade. Swimming in the lake is forbidden, there are no services, and a 2 km maximum walking trail circles the three small lakes. Recent visitors reported rubbish and large hornets inside a camper.

As soon as we arrived, we left again. The place seemed fine, despite some rubbish scattered around. We parked and got back into the motorhome, and then—horror—there were huge hornets inside, genuinely enormous, with the children in the back. We killed the insects and left immediately. No question of taking the slightest risk. A shame, but safety comes first, so be careful!
Very good and quiet place for one night. You are not allowed to swim in the lake. No mosquitoes.
I got in without any problem with my 7-metre-long, 2-metre-wide vehicle. It was shaded most of the time, which was ideal in the hot weather. Quiet place.
The entrance is narrow for a motorhome because broom bushes have grown there. We stopped for lunch in the car park directly opposite.
Ideal for peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. Parking is permitted, but of course there are no services. Easy trail around the three small lakes, maximum 2 km.
