Large parking area accessible to all types of vehicles. Information about paid and free parking is provided at the entrance, at the barriers. The water and waste-disposal facilities were out of order today. Too bad it is not possible to sleep there. It must be very popular in high season! Small snack bar with excellent value for money!!
Parking where you can park to access the lake and its beach. Be careful: parking is allowed until 10 p.m. and paid until 6 p.m. The waste-disposal point was out of order when I visited. Fee: €8. Very good for swimming in the lake.
The two sites located next to each other here are actually one and the same. Free outside the season, but then almost everything is closed, including the service area. Emptying still seems possible. Very beautifully located, and it looks like a lot is still being developed. Overnight stays are never allowed.
The price is €8 for the day.
Very nice spot beside the lake. Large parking area with leisure facilities, hiking trails... Very secure site!!!
Free access to the estate and service point between October and May, very convenient (€2 for fresh water), grey and black water facilities available. Very pretty lake.
We went there just to empty the tanks, which was free at this time of year. Beautiful place, a little sad in this season—everything is closed. Otherwise, a pleasant river and lake. It apparently says that sleeping there is not allowed, but there were motorhomes there.
Perfect for spending a good day :) On 24 September, plenty of spaces were available (95% of spaces free). Barrier open, free entry. Paved parking area 50 metres from the lake. View of the lake. Rubbish bins, etc. I did not use the services, as I did not need them.
You would think it was a military site—okay, I am exaggerating... Cameras everywhere, €6 for that... Uneven ground with some rubbish! You still have to pay extra for water, dogs are forbidden everywhere, although we ignored the prohibition... There is nothing in the shop; I did not visit the others. Go to Vouglans—there are plenty of free places that are 1,000 times better!
To balance the negative reviews: the parking is inexpensive considering how close it is to the lake. The estate is very large and offers plenty of quiet places to swim, eat lunch and hike. You cannot spend the night there, admittedly, but after driving around quite a bit in the area, it is one of the best options for enjoying the lake without walking four kilometres, especially with small children!
Be careful: there is a dam 2 km upstream where you have to pay €6. The only way to access the entire site is to park in the village 3.5 km away and then walk or cycle down the road. Unfortunately, you will have to find another way to empty your tanks.
In season, you first have to pay €6 to enter the estate and access the service point. Apparently, after 6 p.m. access is free until 10 p.m.... We instead used the services at Camping-Car Park 5 km away.
