Free parking under a bridge, directly beside the Rhine, with a restaurant and beer garden just around the corner. The center is about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. It can be very loud until late at night, and access is via Floßhafenstraße under the bridges.

The Google link to the destination does not take you to the right place. You have to take Floßhafenstraße, which passes under the bridges.
Very noisy until late at night, as the kids apparently often use it as a car meet-up according to locals.
