Been here?
A clean campsite by the water, suitable for a short stop, with level marked pitches and toilets and showers that are generally clean. The lake can sometimes produce a very unpleasant smell, and swimming may be impossible because of weeds. The campsite is close to the highway, so traffic can be noticeable. WiFi works near reception, toilet-cassette disposal is available, but there is no grey-water disposal.

The location of the site is quite nice, but the smell is unpleasant and off-putting. We will not return and cannot recommend it.Translating
Bright, open campsite with level, marked pitches. We arrived with a 6-metre motorhome and paid SEK 435 including electricity (two adults, two children and one dog). The only drawback is its proximity to the motorway.Translating
Small, cosy campsite with clean toilets and showers. Unfortunately, the smell from the lake is a huge drawback; it was so unpleasant that we could not open the window. Otherwise it would have been great. It probably results from the low water level and occurs periodically.Translating
It works for one night, but it smells bad and you can’t take a bath.Translating
I’m giving it one star only because of its location by the water. Otherwise, the place is a disaster. Dirty and broken toilets/showers, with no toilet paper or hand towels. All the buildings are run-down and feel abandoned. The footbridge to the island is broken and cannot be used. The photos on the website and from the owner are completely misleading. It does not look like that. I will never come here again.Translating
Very beautiful view of the lake. Turned 180 degrees, you have a view of the motorway bridge, but it’s fine. The traffic was not disturbing, or was far enough away. The toilets were acceptable.Translating
we stopped for 1 night and paid 325sek for a van and 2 adults. the best part was a stony island nearby. facilities are not that new and clean, but work. Although it is directly on the fjord, swimming was impossible because of sea weeds. Someone said they were smelly, but we believed the smell came from toilets, so park as far as possible. Check-in is 24/7 via the machine, so that is convenient.
In my opinion, due to the sanitary facilities, this is suitable only for travellers passing through. They are truly awful—at least three of the six women’s toilets cannot be locked. The site itself was fine. No waste disposal. Too expensive for what it offers.Translating
Fine for a stopover thanks to 24-hour check-in, but I find the price of almost €30 without electricity rather steep for sanitary facilities that urgently need renovation. Unfortunately, the lake smells absolutely awful, which bothered us the most.Translating
Nice site by the lake! The sanitary facilities are older, but everything is available! Perfect with a dog too!Translating
Pretty site by the lake, basic facilities but sufficient.Translating
Cheap nice place by the lake, choose your own spot and park. Toilets and showers are old, but it does the job. Nice place!
We were travelling through to Oslo. We arrived late in the evening and, since we were travelling outside the season, it was no problem to find a place. The view of the lake was beautiful. The bathrooms are somewhat old but quite adequate.Translating
A bit dated but ok. It’s convenient to choose your own spot and then pay by card in the service house. Several toilets and showers available although they’re a bit old and used, but functional. Nice views right by the sea. Also directly underneath the highway, but you don’t really hear it that much. There’s a small bridge to get across to their own private small island. Calm place.
A really nice place for an overnight stop. The bathrooms are a little dated. The suspension bridge to the island was great for the kids, as was the trampoline. There is a jetty with a ladder for swimming. The smelly seaweed on the shore is off-putting. Electricity and Wi-Fi available. Could be a little cheaper.Translating
Nice place to stay. We didn’t have any trouble from the motorway. Unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed on the shore that had started to rot. The smell was bearable and didn’t bother us. The children could play wonderfully here. The little island, which you can reach via the bridge, is also worth visiting if you stay here.Translating
Actually not bad, if the motorway bridge doesn’t bother you. Directly by the lake, basic but clean sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, the lake smells absolutely awful because of old seaweed. The site can’t do anything about that, but it’s nice to know beforehand...Translating
