Waterfront parking, bicycle theft risk

*ATTENTION* We arrived late but was awoken at 03:00 by someone trying to steal our bikes. They had successfully cut through the straps, undone all 3 attachments/ratchet clips, tyre ties and the lock, it was only the pulling of the bike off the rack that created any sound, obviously done this before!!! We acted fast and was able to run out. All this with vast amounts of traffic passing! Noisy
