Overnight parking, truck noise

The road is definitely close, but at least the whirring is constant, not random brutal wooshes. Just make sure you park at the back, not near the road. There were two campers. For a free spot and given the rarity in the area, I think it’s worth 4 stars. Huge pothole in the middle of the access way, but can be circumvented.

Plenty of space, the Garage shop & Off-licence has a good range of basics, easy access for the bridge to the beach, great views all around, However we found it quite noisy from the main road.

Extremely noisy, very sloped, and far too much rubbish everywhere… Honestly, we don’t understand why people say it’s a good place; it was one of the worst nights we’ve ever had!

A fairly pleasant night. Cons-it’s only partially flat at front, closest to bridge. Traffic noise may be a problem for some, we’re used to it so wasn’t a problem. That’s kind of it. There’s a bin right at the start of the bridge and the petrol station toilet wasn’t terribly dirty, actually had been cleaned in the morning. Probably 5 stars if it was a little bit quieter. Would stay again

Great enough of a location, free to park, has the shell garage which is 24 hours and a loo that you are able to use (unsure when this stops in the evening and opens in the morning). Quite loud with vehicles on the dual carriageway, but as a starting point, lovely views and relatively flat location

Lovely overnight park up to break our long journey up. Great sleep. We parked on the far right corner and we didn't really hear the traffic. Really easy beach access too, just over the bridge

Primarily a trucker's stop stop right next to the motorway, so fairly noisy but the parking is spacious, overlooking the bay and has some lovely views. Fair enough for spending the might, nothing fancy.

good clean stop mainly used by truckers, but not many there so plenty of space. used this spot on the way to aber falls. adjecent to a londis and petrol station. will use again if needs be. slept well.

Nice spot with access to the beach and service station. Large car park albeit on a slope in places. Can be a little noisy at night, but once asleep it didn’t bother us.

Take care on the ramp up to the car park, there’s a fair sized hole in the ramp but it’s in the middle and you can get by on either side with a bit of care. Loads of room, on a bit of slope; also used by HGVs and fishermen - avoid top right corner as this seems to be the sea fishers’ preferred parking area. We did find noise from A55 a bit intrusive - you might need earplugs!

Good overnight sleep caffe closed but garage open with toilets and cheap fuel prices if on the move, friendly camper parked next to us would definitely sleep here again.

Car park of a bar beside the motorway, on a steep slope. Elevated bridge to reach the beach and a path to the village, where there is a grocery shop. Great for one night, but without any charm.
