Unnamed road, 39260, Coyron
Been here?
This is a large, flat pebble car park with a lake view, little traffic and quiet nights, especially after 8 p.m. Nearby walks include a steep and tricky trail to the lake. Sunsets can be beautiful, although bats may make outdoor evening meals difficult. A vehicle break-in has been reported here, so secure the van carefully.

We passed through here in March 2026 and spent a quiet night. It is a shame that some people treat nature like a public dump. Apart from that, a beautiful view in the evening with sunset. I recommend this place for a peaceful break.
A lovely view, peaceful, not much traffic, and wonderful walks nearby.
The trail to the lake was steep and tricky but the swim was well worth it. Bats came out flying around when the sun went down so we cloud not sit outside and have dinner. OK spot for one night
The best view to wake up to and surprisingly quiet, nice and flat too.
We were victims of a theft here. They forced open the back of the van and took all our belongings. We cancelled our holiday. Prefer places with lots of traffic and secure your van as much as possible, with a loud alarm and sturdy manual locks, as they force entry with screwdrivers and bars.
Quiet place, not a sound!
OK. Flat, spacious, slightly set back from the road. You can glimpse the lake behind the trees. Very quiet at night in October.
By the roadside, but very little traffic after 8 PM. Magnificent view of the lake when you are alone and get the right spot!
Superb view of the lake. Come early to get THE good spot. Otherwise, it is a roadside parking area, fairly quiet, with little car traffic at night. A small path through the woods leads to a cove for fishing enthusiasts.
