Water is available, but recent reports say the electricity service and payment machine do not work, and the water may be non-potable and turn green when drawn. The area is generally quiet and safe, although it lies between roads and near a construction wall.

Located next to the public swimming pool and several bars. The electricity meter (6 amps) is incorrectly set to 15 minutes for €1 instead of the indicated 30 minutes (see photos, timer 15'). Contact was made with the municipality of Portaje. According to the locals, the mayor is already aware of this fraud, but it has not been corrected.Translating
