Wooded hilltop site, pétanque noise

For us, a perfect area: quiet, safe and everything working, although… payable.

Peaceful night to stop over not a lot in the village but it was a good stop over to chill out. The park was clean with fresh water and waste dump.

It is true that the vegetation needs some maintenance; the trees and hedges should be trimmed, but we had a quiet night.

Indeed, the setting is not idyllic. About 150 m from a fairly busy road, on paved, well-defined and lit pitches. Right in the middle of a small village that seemed “lifeless” to us. Nevertheless, it does the job for those who want an overnight stop, replenish their water and connect to electricity — currently for €14! We had a quiet night.

Everything seemed perfect on paper: we had clearly paid for a site to have a pétanque court right next to it. Unfortunately, it was occupied by Travellers, with music blasting… What a shame. The first two motorhomes have already left, and we are doing the same. We paid for nothing.

small rest area with a not very convenient entrance, near a fairly busy road and the municipal depot, with vans passing as a result. Loading and unloading facilities available, Wi-Fi does not work. The cost is €14.32 and for what it offers, I find it expensive. Since we are already inside; otherwise they would have sent us to the campsite, which costs the same and is much quieter

It deserves to exist, quiet, paved, with everything needed. The banks of the Gardon are not developed at all. It is a shame; the village is rather sad because many houses are abandoned.

the area is clean well located services are fine but until very late in the middle of the night we had to endure very, very, very loud music from young pétanque players (the pétanque courts are right next to the motorhome area) so we had difficulty sleeping

pétanque players until 1:30 a.m., then dogs barking repeatedly, bins from dawn.... in short, a place to avoid!

The barrier DID NOT work. So we continued to Alès, much more expensive and noisier. I can really only give 0/5.

As of today the barrier still does not work. We could not enter. In any case, it is really just an area to stop somewhere.

Was quiet after 11pm once local youths drove away. Would recommend for a night stop over. We had to call the number on the terminal as the barrier wasn't working. They helped us on the way in and out. Power worked well. Didn't use the water.

Paved area with fairly wide spaces for parking. Good for one night only because the pétanque court and the busy road nearby are noisy.

Still just as quiet and pleasant. We spent the night there with the gentle humming of the river. Very soothing and restorative sleep.

Small area that is quiet at weekends, less so in the morning on weekdays because of traffic on the road. No shops within walking distance. About an hour's walk along the river on a quiet little road.

Area with 10 spaces and electricity (Camping-Car Park). Near a waterway, fairly busy road during the day but quiet at night. Nothing to complain about, as it is always very pleasant to find a well-equipped area in small villages.

Paved area, flat ground. Quiet, with all services.

Motorhome area, quiet and peaceful… Okay, there are leaves, but where there are trees, that’s normal! We have just come from the Alès area, which in our opinion was too noisy and too exposed in the middle of the city… If you are looking for peace and quiet, don’t hesitate, come here!
