Quiet night parking, school traffic

Parking next to schools and institutes, on a road used only for school access. It is very quiet at night, with common police patrols. A river descent nearby has a fountain, picnic tables and wastebaskets, while two pedestrian bridges lead to the urban center 200 meters away. On school days, circulation is not allowed at school entry and exit times.
