Doward Park Campsite

Great little campsite very clean and friendly £27 two adults with dog one night in camping van. My only criticism being 10.30 to vacate in the morning is a bit mean not a lot of time to take a shower and breakfast

A truly amazing campsite in the middle of the forest! Super-friendly owners and beautiful pitches with lots of shade. The road to the campsite is very narrow. There is no mobile reception at the campsite, and Wi-Fi is only available at reception. We loved that. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cosy, friendly family campsite with a lovely playground under the trees. The sanitary facilities are a little limited but clean. It is a real shame that there is almost no 4G/5G reception and that the Wi-Fi available at reception is very weak.

Level pitches, excellent shower and washing facilities. Very welcoming owners. Lots of walks to do direct from the site.

Beautiful campsite with good, clean sanitary facilities. Good-sized pitches, well suited to a motorhome. The location is a good base for walks in the surrounding area.

Good, small site. Toilets very clean. Showers not great, not very warm and door to building kept open, so was very cold. £52 for two people for two nights, late September, plus £6 a night electric and £2 per night per dog, so not a cheap stay. Shop selling tea, coffee, cakes, gas etc. Plenty of walks through forest, direct from site

Great campsite , really friendly and helpful owners, hard standings for campervans, spotlessly clean. Will stay again.

We arrived earlier and there was no problem to check-in. Toilets and showers are very clean. 5 ⭐
