This waterside parking area beside Flekkefjord is suitable for an overnight stop and swimming, with several spaces for campers, large motorhomes and cars with tents. The current overnight price is 15 Euro, payable via Paypal, but there are no toilets or fresh water. The ground includes muddy areas and may be difficult to drive on in rain. Bathing and fishing are possible.

A really great motorhome pitch on a quiet road. It is right on the shore of Flekkefjord. There are several pitches for campers and large motorhomes (over 10 m), as well as cars with tents.
Today we drove the 44 from Ålgård southwards, passing the Jøssingfjord. A truly beautiful route, surely also from south to north. This spot is a lovely way to end the day. Sun, water—what more could you want?! For us, the place has everything we need. The €15 via PayPal is perfectly reasonable.
Very beautiful place. But beware: when we were there, someone got stuck!! Best not to drive here in the rain.

We spent two nights here. We thought the place was really great. Please note: there is no toilet or fresh water. Swimming and fishing are possible.
