This campsite seems to be closed. We arrived at the car park and emailed the owner, who never replied. We struggled to consult the website and discovered that the campsite is closed.
Set in an orchard this is a nice site if a little rustic. Friendly owner who provided some useful local information. Only two toilets and showers but spotlessly clean. Would stay again.
A sort of farm campsite; the owner is very friendly and speaks French. We spent two peaceful nights within cycling distance of Keukenhof Park.
Parking area in an orchard, warm welcome. You can reserve and pay via the website; otherwise, the owner comes by in the evening to collect payment. No electricity, but a container with two showers and two toilets. €19.50 per night. 3 km from Keukenhof Park via a cycle path.
Good pitch in the countryside. You can hear planes almost every ten minutes, but it didn’t bother us. It was quiet at night.
Excellent welcome, sufficient services for the price. Pleasant and relatively quiet place. A few planes, but they didn’t bother us. We recommend it; the sanitary facilities are clean. Thank you for the stay.
Perfect stay at the “Landgoed de Olmenhorst” campsite. We spent 5 nights there. The nights were very quiet (you can hear a little aircraft noise). There are indeed few sanitary facilities, but we rarely waited more than 5 minutes. Henk’s welcome is very warm, and he speaks French. The breakfast served at the restaurant is delicious. We highly recommend this campsite for exploring the region (special mention for the Keukenhof gardens and the surrounding tulip fields).
Very nice motorhome stop on an apple orchard, just a few minutes from Keukenhof and the tulip fields. A delicious and generous breakfast is also available here. You can walk through the orchard with your dogs. The only drawback is the aircraft noise, but it barely bothered us.
Site easy to access and as described. Henri is a friendly, welcoming person who gives good advice.
Great location for Keukenhof. Staying longer the next day was no problem at all, so you can easily start your excursion from here. Two mobile bathrooms in a trailer are available, each with a shower and toilet. Overall, it is more of a serviced motorhome stop than a campsite.
Very good area for parking. Showers and toilets are provided. Great welcome from someone who speaks French. Possibility to dispose of waste and fill up with water. Only 5 minutes from Keukenhof.
Perfect for visiting Keukenhof which is a 10 min bike ride away. Received a warm welcome by the owner Henrik (who speaks multiple languages!). We parked up on the grass which was lovely and enjoyed walking the dog around the orchards. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower. No electricity or WiFi. Fresh water and black water disposal available, but no grey. We stayed 2 nights.
A warm welcome from Henk, who speaks French. Lots of spaces. You can book and pay online (no assigned pitch) or directly at the hut at the entrance. If you arrive or leave outside opening hours, there is a box for payment. Easy to get to Keukenhof by bike. A trailer with 2 bathrooms, showers and toilets. Very hot water and heating. Cassette emptying. No electricity.
A pitch at an orchard. If you can do without electricity, and grey-water disposal, the site is fine. However, there are only two toilets with showers for around 60 vehicles. Only about 5 km by bike to Keukenhof.
There were at least around fifty vans and motorhomes. €20 for clean sanitary facilities (but only 2 showers and 2 toilets, which is not much considering the number of people present), facilities for emptying grey and black water, but no electricity. Good spot for one night!
Nature site with 2 bathrooms/toilets for everyone, so it is limited, but relatively clean. The welcome is warm. Under a flight path, so there is aircraft noise for light sleepers. 5 km from Keukenhof, easily manageable by bike. If you do not want to pay for the park, you can cross the surrounding fields, but the park is truly magnificent!
This is not a campsite at all, but a gravel parking area with just a portable cabin containing two showers/toilets and a water hose for filling up. For emptying grey water, it is better to have a bucket. The welcome is friendly. At €19.50 per night, it is still somewhat excessive, but there is nothing else in the area!
We stayed there for two nights and liked it very much. Two people and a motorhome for €19.50. The toilet and shower are in a container. It is heated and very clean. The older gentleman is very nice and helpful. We can recommend this place. Keukenhof and the surrounding flower fields are easy to reach by bike.
Clean place, quiet, in the middle of the orchard. Very clean sanitary facilities. The aircraft noise is not disturbing. A very friendly gentleman comes knocking on our door so we can pay. €19.50 per night.
Small countryside area where you can enjoy the sound of birds and nature again. The aircraft noise is really not significant. Kind owner who goes around checking on people and taking an interest in them. Sanitary facilities that deserve to exist: 2 showers, toilets and a sink. Great playground for children. Bike rental on site.
€19.50 per night. We arrived late, yet a kind gentleman welcomed us and we were able to spend a peaceful night among the orchards. Bring cash to pay on site. The aircraft noise is not really disturbing. If you like being in nature, I highly recommend it, and the toilets are clean!
Sanitary facilities: Currently 1 sanitary trailer with toilet and shower (one each for women and men), chemical disposal point, fresh-water hose. Aircraft noise is acceptable, also depending on the wind direction. The distance to the flower fields is pleasantly short. Highly recommended overall.
Paved spot for parking the motorhome and very quiet. Few facilities, just a small building with four toilets. Quiet surroundings, but lots of aircraft traffic. Fine if you do not need facilities.
It deserves to exist; this place is very peaceful! I was alone tonight. A little aircraft noise, but it is acceptable.
