Bay parking, overnight ban

Bude, Marine Drive is a free daytime car park overlooking Widemouth Bay, where motorhomes are allowed from 8.00 am till 11.00 pm. Overnight parking is not allowed, and the signs and payment machine are currently not working. It has great views and a steep walk to the beach, but is busy with dog walkers and may have chip or ice cream vans during the day.

Lovely spot to stay as currently free.. Signs and machine are in place but currently not working! Seems to have caused upset with parking now going to be paid for.
Great views. Steep walk down to the beach. Very busy with dog walkers so a quick turnover of vehicles and spaces. No charge for parking. No overnight stays.
Very busy little view point, with chip van and sometimes ice cream van, live nearby so didnt need to stay here overnight not sure if its allowed or not. But a nice place to spend a little time, take a walk or watch the sun set.
Spectacular view, grab some dinner in town and have it here.
Great free spot for campers/motor homes to look at the lovely views. Ice cream hot food vans there during the day. We stayed til 10pm to watch the sunset but from 8pm loads of young motor bikers gathered, revving up and generally being loud.
