Lovely natural site, highly recommended for an overnight stop, as it is not far from the motorway. We loved the view of the sheep and took a hike to a nearby waterfall. We travelled with a motorhome and parked at the campsite without any problems. The staff were very kind and the toilets and showers were clean. As beautiful as the views and site are, I find €42 for 2 adults and 3 children quite expensive, considering that the toilets and showers are very sparse for the size of the site, with 2 showers and 2 toilets. The option to join the breakfast buffet for €10 per person is great if you are not late risers like us. By 9:30 there is not much left.✦Translating

The waterfall is definitely worth a visit. After 6 PM, there's free access. Make sure to complete your walk to the top! The showers were clean, but there is only one space, making it a bit of a Rubik's puzzle to keep your fresh clothes dry. Connecting to electricity is a problem; our 25-meter cable was too short.For us, it wasn't a big issue since we could go off-grid.The manager is very friendly

Quite a nice place, surrounded by mountains and close to the waterfall. There are newer toilets and showers—not many, but we found them clean and tidy. There is no possibility of disposing of grey water or toilet waste, and if you need electricity, remember to bring a long cable.✦Translating

It is not a campsite. It is a field where you can park. 2 toilets and 2 public showers, also used by visitors to the waterfall. Right next to the car park with no separation. Lovely small site. Toilets/showers have been modernised and are clean. Fresh water and electricity available. Very friendly and helpful operator. Possibility to walk the dog. If you are hungry, you can eat excellently at the Torrenerhof. We stayed 2 nights and paid €60 for a motorhome with trailer, 2 adults and 1 dog. We will definitely come back!✦Translating

Wonderful site with clean sanitary facilities. Inexpensive—€26/night for 2 people without electricity. Perfect for a stopover. It is quiet and the waterfall can easily be reached on foot (free entry after 6 PM). The dining options locally are somewhat limited. Nevertheless, a wonderful stay that we may well repeat.

Nice option for a stopover... Toilets and showers are in the adjoining building and open around the clock... Sanitary facilities are clean and fairly new... Payment was also very relaxed... The waterfall is worth seeing and, as already mentioned here, the gate is open after 6 PM, so you can take a relaxed evening walk there...

It is true that it is just a meadow with electricity and sanitary facilities, but that is all a campsite needs. The nearby waterfall is very beautiful and costs €5 to enter; after 6 PM the gate is open (we were there at 10 to 6 and didn’t pay...). We used the campsite as a stopover on the way to Slovenia, and it was ideal for that.

I don’t understand the high ratings. It is just a small sloping meadow behind a hotel. Totally OK for one night and it has everything you need... but an average of 4 stars is quite extraordinary.

2 people, 1 camper, 1 dog and electricity: €35 You can choose your pitch on a grassy field. Showers and toilets available. Small shower with only 1 hook. The entire ceiling is mouldy. It was reasonably clean. Waterfall is a 5-minute walk away
