This motorway service area has wastewater, black-water and drinking-water facilities, with two locations, one of them closed. Recent reports say the remaining wastewater and black-water facilities are effectively out of order and have very poor hygiene. The area is currently considered unusable.

The disposal service for black and grey water is completely out of order. Avoid approaching: the hygienic conditions are well below minimum standards.Translating
No useful services. One disposal station is closed, the other is practically out of order. Complete lack of maintenance makes it unusable, unfortunately also because of the behavior of people who dump black water onto the grey-water grate.Translating

Once it was unclogged (the wipes get stuck and block the drain), everything was fine for emptying. Dirty surroundings.Translating
One side usable, water available from the other side. Lots of flies around so keep your doors and lockers shut. Managed to empty grey and black and fill with water for free so did what it needed but not very pleasant doing so.

August 2023 - Eni Autogrill - clean toilets, excellent shower facilities; you have to collect the key at the checkout and leave your ID there. Optimal for a service station if you want to stop, refuel, shower, have a chocolate croissant and an espresso. We did not need to use the other services, so I cannot say anything more about them.
