Been here?
This campsite reopened in May 2025 and offers a natural stay beside a lightly trafficked road. The pitches are uneven, potholed and poorly maintained, with no gray-water disposal. Facilities include clean toilets, showers at 1.60€ for 3 minutes, a fire pit and a small bar. A motorhome for 2 people without electricity costs 24 Euro, while paying in euros can cost at least 10€ more.

Not really great for long-term RV stays. No gray water disposal. Shower: 1.60€ for 3 minutes, and if you pay in euros, it’s at least 10€ more expensive. Nice restroom facilities. Nice fire pit and a small bar. Beautiful area for walking and biking. Translating
Excellent place for nature trails. It’s a shame about the potholes, the uneven ground and the lack of lighting at night. We stayed here for 3 nights. The reception staff were extremely kind. It is on the road, but no vehicles pass at night. Clean showers and toilets, with facilities for filling and emptying water tanks. We had a good stay.Translating
A simple campsite, very convenient for exploring the area. Bus connections are right nearby, two good restaurants are close, and there is a food stall right by the campsite. The toilets are clean and spacious. There are no designated pitches, which was not a problem for us.Translating
The site is natural and undeveloped. The reception was friendly; the employee is very friendly and speaks German very well. The sanitary facilities are not spotlessly clean but are okay. The price for one motorhome and two people without electricity was €24, payable by credit card or cash in Czech crowns; in euros it costs €10 more! The location is perfect for hiking.Translating
The essentials: The sanitary facilities have been newly renovated…… the cleaner is permanently present, even during holidays. The pitches are disastrously laid out and poorly maintained… completely rutted. The prices for these services are astronomical…… and then you are also ripped off on the exchange rate. 80% German-speaking guests …… information signs in every other language…. just not German.Translating
The welcome is friendly BUT the price does not match the services. The level or electrically equipped pitches are right beside the road and packed closely together. There is no way to empty gray water. One water point—I had to improvise with a hose and watering can to fill up. This campsite is clearly taking advantage of its geographical location. Far too few sanitary facilities for the number of people…Translating
Great place in nature; the sanitary facilities were not completely clean.Translating
We paid 740 Czech crowns per day, including electricity. Even in Prague we did not pay that much. Cleanliness is assured. The sanitary facilities are recent. The only level pitches with electricity look like parking spaces at the bottom of a large sloping meadow. No markings on the ground, beside the road. No gray-water disposal, but very practical black-water disposal. Drinking water is difficult to access.Translating
We were welcomed very warmly. Because of the long dry spell, you can also level safely on the sloping meadows using leveling blocks. The sanitary facilities are inviting and clean. There is a snack bar nearby. You can take good walks from here away from the road.Translating
Very nice operator. 590 crowns per day for one motorhome with two adults. We did not need electricity. Unfortunately, there are no pitches and the places without electricity are very uneven. BUT this campsite is cheaper than the surrounding bandits, who charge 600 crowns for a parking space until midnight! Please keep your fair prices; then we will be happy to return.Translating
We were here with our motorhome. Toilets and kitchen are free; a shower token costs an extra 40 CZK, and electricity is also available for an additional charge. Good location—there is a bus stop about 100 metres away, and you can also go for walks nearby. The price is not exactly cheap, but you will not find much better nearby if you need a toilet, shower or electricity. PS: reception is on the first floor of the white house. We were satisfied.Translating
We were here outside the season (March 8) for one night. We were alone, but you could stand there without any problem and it consequently cost nothing. There was a sign saying “No park, only camp.” It was wonderfully quiet and we slept through the night. The electrical sockets even had power.Translating
The campsite is in a very good location. Unfortunately, the ground is uneven and there are only two electrical hookups. Bring a long extension cord. The sanitary facilities are nice and clean. The price is also reasonable. I recommend it.Translating
Meanwhile, there is a new disposal point for chemical toilets. It is not easy to find level ground, but it is a nice place.Translating
The campsite is perfectly located for walks, bike rides and attractions in the area, but if you want a place without electricity and stand on the large grass field, it is almost impossible to find a reasonably level spot. Even with leveling blocks it is not doable. The few places with electricity are immediately to the right of the campsite, but they are fairly close together and arranged in a circle.Translating
The campsite was completely chaotic when we were there with no proper sites and no one managing where anyone goes. Campers were pulled up on the side of the roads and getting stuck/ no space to turn. The bathrooms/ showers weren't cleaned enough for the number of people there which meant that there wasn't ever toilet paper and it was dirty. Great walks to Sandstone Archway on the "closed" path.Translating
Lovely campsite, super facilities and walks literally from the campsite. We would have stayed longer but it was booked out to a motorbike Raleigh. Cheaper than other campsites around here. Translating
Charming little campsite with a brand-new washroom. Showers cost 30 crowns and have a start-stop system. Very centrally located between the large and small Prebischtor. Not all pitches have electricity; leveling blocks are needed. 290 crowns (around twelve euros) per night.Translating
Well organized, generally a pleasant place. Gray-water disposal is not possible and the ground is marshy in places. We stayed from July 22 to 24; it rained intermittently, and three vehicles got stuck in the mud and needed roadside assistance to leave the campsite. Be careful! Even if entering the meadow is permitted, assess the condition of the ground first.Translating
The camping staff were very friendly, and the toilets and showers look new and clean.Translating
Beautiful place! Walking from the campsite. Beautiful shower building. Kiosk where you can buy small meals.Translating
A lovely, simple campsite. Large and excellent playground. Beautiful and clean toilet building, plus kitchen facilities. Possibility to buy drinks and a little food. Bus right outside the door. All in all, a good place ☺️Translating
Very nice and new sanitary facilities. It would be nice if they were cleaned at least once a day. We arrived in the afternoon and there was nobody at reception. There are a few level pitches; the rest are completely uneven and become very boggy after rain.Translating
We were welcomed warmly and were allowed to choose a place to park. The site is currently being rebuilt; the sanitary facilities were new and always clean. One star deducted because the areas for tents and cars with roof tents are all sloping and became a swamp after a rainy night. The restaurant opposite serves very tasty food.Translating
New operator since 2025. Greatly located campsite. Still being developed, but the sanitary building is already new and spotlessly clean! The adjoining road has little traffic. Excellent value for money! The site is a good starting point for, for example, walking to Wilde Klamm. We stayed here for two nights and were very satisfied.Translating
