Pond parking, seasonal railway noise

Beautiful place, wonderfully quiet, nice for one day/night.

A lovely quiet place, I was the only one there overnight. Felt very safe due to a couple of houses nearby. Would definitely use again.

Very quiet and peaceful. Nice view of the water. People do come and go in the early evening because this appears to be a place people park to walk their dogs. Also some fisherman were there when we arrived. But we were the only people sleeping. No facilities at all. Level and paved parking lot. I wish there was at least a rubbish bin.

Great site, no barriers or anything like that. We stayed for one night.

Very quite little site we were only ones there no facilities not even a bin I would think quite pleasant during warmer months can walk round the ponds etc

Original place we wanted to stay was inaccessible and this was close by. Great place for a quick stop. Very quiet, heard owls hooting which was cute. Friendly fishermen around but nothing else. Felt very safe.

Quiet parking area beside the pond

Quiet parking for spending the night or stopping for a meal beside the pond, calm and peaceful (no facilities).

A spacious place for manoeuvring. There are houses right next to it, so you need to behave appropriately. The street lighting switches off at night. Quiet, with little road traffic nearby. There was construction work today, and we were woken by the tractor-trailers brought in to prepare a road.

A beautiful, peaceful place overlooking the ponds. Very pleasant; we spent a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

We have just spent the night here. Very quiet. Apparently there is a fishing competition this morning. The train was barely audible. Just views of the ducks and a walk around the pond. Thanks to the municipality.

Great place, fairly quiet apart from a few trains (but not many) and the ducks calling. It really is a lovely spot for sunrise and even sunset; although you cannot see the sunset itself, there are beautiful colours on the lake!

Beautiful and well-maintained overnight site about 20 minutes before Chartres. The nearby small road has little traffic. Many thanks to the municipality.
