Free parking, evening crowds

Good spot, a 30-second walk to the beach. Local toilets, closed around 7 p.m. Beach with cold shower. River view overlooking Lisbon. Restaurant on the beach. What more could you ask for?✦Translating

Dusty dirt parking area right by the beach. Level. We only spent the night, but it was very quiet. Next to the beach and a promenade with tables under the trees.✦Translating

Dusty parking area, badly eroded track, no view of the beach, no shade, muddy sea. The only advantage is the grassy, shady picnic area. If there is no other option, it is possible.✦Translating

From the parking itself there is no water view as the spot is a bit lower than path by the water. There is a view on the trash bins. These spot was completely empty yesterday. Only one small camper plus us (we decided not to stay the night).

What a lovely spot. Large, spacious parking area where overnight stays are allowed; I even encountered the police. A nice little “park” where you can sit in the shade, with a small beach. Toilets available, open until 7 p.m. and certainly open again at 9 a.m. It’s a shame about the rubbish left behind and the noisy young people in the evening. But that does not detract from the beauty of the place.✦Translating

Superb overnight spot, incredibly quiet, offering us a magnificent sunset over Lisbon and a wonderful view when we woke up. We were the only van in the parking area. The facilities close at 7 p.m.; beach showers remain available afterward.✦Translating

Incredible place despite there being quite a lot of rubbish. Cars come and go at night for walks, but it is very quiet. There are toilets, and you can collect water from the sinks with containers to refill. The showers are turned on intermittently. I will return.✦Translating

The place may seem attractive because of the small beach overlooking the river, with a restaurant and picnic area. But the toilets were closed; the next day they were open, but we were forbidden to use them and told to go to the restaurant. The same applied to the outdoor showers: we were deliberately told not to use them even though they worked. I do not recommend this place. Very noisy.✦Translating
