Quiet farm stop, steep return

Such a shame for campers at this beautiful site!! Pietro is focusing almost entirely on glamping, building cabin after cabin, fencing everything off and dividing it into plots, leaving little space for campers. He probably earns more with these cabins. For us, the site has lost its appeal. Glamping fans are gaining a paradise… Currently lots of construction noise with no price reduction.

Very quiet, superb views all around, friendly staff. 3 km to the sea and town, with good shopping opportunities, or hiking, cycling and swimming! Large pitches with electricity and water!

Beautiful pitch, the owners are exceptionally nice and very helpful—a private shower and toilet were made available immediately! BauBeach in San Vincenzo is also great fun for dogs; it’s a 10-minute drive away, and nearby there is a large car park where you can park your motorhome free during the day—we didn’t want to sleep there. All in all, idyllic and highly recommended!

Quiet campsite on a hill with a beautiful view, especially at sunset. If you want to visit San Vincenzo, it is advisable to have electric bikes or a scooter available, as the climb back to the campsite is a little steep. Recommended.

Very quiet, well-maintained pitch with a fantastic view. Electricity, water and grey-water disposal available. Hosts Pietro and Jessica are warm and helpful. If work ever needs to be done—which is rare—you are always informed beforehand so you can prepare. We have been here several times—always relaxing. A true little paradise in Tuscany.

The view is great, but it was noisy from 7 in the morning because new holiday homes were being built and a lawnmower tractor was running. In addition, you pay €10 per person for the shower and electricity. €50 for two people is really expensive in the off-season! We drove 300 m further to the next pitch and pay €20 for both of us, including electricity and shower. The view is even better there!

The view is wonderful, the pitches are spacious, and the host is available and welcoming… certainly the best spot of our trip in Tuscany!

A dream location for peace and relaxation. Every pitch has a wonderful view of San Vincenzo and the Mediterranean. Beautiful sunsets between pine and cypress trees… this is how you imagine Tuscany. On request, there is a private bathroom in one of the tiny houses with toilet and hot water for an extra €10. Electricity and water at every pitch. We will definitely return, thank you.

We arrived here in the dark at the beginning of February without a reservation. A super-friendly welcome from Pietro; the site is fantastic. Peace, great views, ideal for relaxing.

We are passing through and stayed at this site for 2 days. The first impression is absolutely overwhelming, and we received a great welcome even though we had not booked—which, in my opinion, is not necessary in winter. The site is beautiful, with very large pitches and electricity and water connections. There is nothing more to say about the fantastic view—just wonderful.

We stayed here for two nights. Wonderful view, complete peace, including a bread-roll service. Unfortunately, it isn’t ideal for walking, but our dogs played anyway. Very beautiful sunset.

We are here now and are staying one night longer. We are alone here with a unique, breathtaking view, a slight breeze and a 10/10 sunset! €30 is absolutely worth it!

We spent two wonderful days here with Pietro at his exceptionally beautiful site. We really enjoyed the fantastic view and the peaceful nights, and felt the price was reasonable. We’d be happy to stop by again when we’re in the area and wish Pietro every success in implementing his ideas!

Beautifully located. In the off-season, €30 for a pitch on a meadow without shower/toilet is too much. It might be acceptable in high season, but at the beginning of May there are alternatives.

Superb view of the sea and San Vincenzo. Spacious, individual pitches, though with little shade because the trees are still small. Unfortunately no shower or toilet, but there is grey- and black-water disposal. The operator is very nice and accommodating.

We visited this beautiful place at the end of March. You drive onto a very level meadow with a magnificent distant view of Elba. Electricity and water are available at the pitch. We were welcomed by a very nice and helpful young couple. You can pay by credit card. There are several restaurants nearby where you can eat well and cheaply. We would return anytime.

Excellent stop in the hills above San Vincenzo, about 2.5 km away. Spectacular view. Pietro, the owner, is a wonderful person. Good agriturismo for food 100 m away. Water and electricity at the pitch, very convenient waste disposal. Taxi to San Vincenzo can be called for about €10. Highly recommended.

The operator is super nice. He speaks good English and a little German. Contact by email or WhatsApp. The site was a dream for us. We were welcomed immediately. Everything you need: electricity, water and disposal. Since we shower and cook in the camper, we don’t need any frills. We brought bicycles. San Vincenzo is a lovely place to spend time. We were there over New Year’s Eve and could see the fireworks beautifully from the site. We’d happily come back.
