Unnamed Road, 91793, Alesheim
Been here?
An unofficial grassy lakeside spot at Alesheimer Weiher, where bathing is allowed and overnight stays can be quiet. There is plenty of space, a public barbecue area and a shelter nearby, with views across the surrounding countryside. Expect mosquitoes, frogs and cowbells, and take care after heavy rain because the grass may become difficult to leave. Access to the water should remain clear for other visitors.

A dream, if it isn’t already occupied...
Super beautiful place; we stayed here for one night! We will definitely come back!
Very nice quiet place, no problem for an RV, 10/10.
We stayed here for one night with several other campers. Beautifully quiet, plenty of space, directly beside a small swimming lake. There are naturally lots of mosquitoes, and anyone bothered by cowbells should bring earplugs. Otherwise, excellent!
Wow, what a beautiful place! Pure nature, water, frogs, meadow, cows with bells. Many thanks to the municipality for keeping places like this available. Thanks to everyone who appreciates this place and helps keep it clean. Sandra & Marco
I was able to spend a quiet night there, but it is not an official parking area, so at first I was unsure whether I should really stay. If it rains heavily, I can imagine it being difficult to get out again, since you park on grass.
Amazing place to spend the day and night, lots of space, beautiful view and sunset, refreshing lake to swim in (some bird poo on the dock) and fire pit close by. The local farmers came by to pick apples and were friendly. Could not recommend a spot more
Great place with a jetty for swimming. It’s really nice that we’re allowed to stay in places like this. However, a local clearly told us not to park on the grass in front of the jetty, so that everyone, including villagers, can access it. Apparently some people take advantage… Ideal for early sleepers (mosquito attack before 8 p.m.) and early risers (cow bells from 5 a.m.).
We stayed here for one night with our camper van. It is very easy to reach, absolutely clean and pure nature. Just a few cows (with bells), frogs and deer. Friendly atmosphere and plenty of space. Swimming is also possible. It was really great!
Idyllically located among cows and beside a small swimming lake. The farmers and residents reacted very calmly to us. We stayed there for one night in a camper. Noise: tractors, cowbells and some swimmers — a million mosquitoes.
Adventure warning: the path to the jetty is sandy and gravelly at the end, and water from the rise behind it had softened the ground, so we got stuck (no four-wheel drive). A local farmer pulled us out easily with a wheel loader! The other side of the lake is also beautiful. It may be restless at night, as cars use the farm tracks. It was great for the dog — a large walk near the forest is possible.
