Small local picnic area suitable for a short break, with some shade from trees and breezy conditions. The parking spaces are small, and the area is very close to both the road and railway. It is littered and noisy, including at night, so overnight stays are not recommended.

We were able to escape the midday heat in this car park, as it is pleasantly windy and the trees provide a little shade. Unfortunately, the car park is very littered and rather noisy. We would not want to spend the night here, but it is perfectly adequate for a short break. The parking spaces are very short—under 6 metres.
Beside the road and the railway. Very busy at night as well. We had a poor night's sleep. We managed to park our motorhome, but part of it stuck out of the space; the spaces are not large. Good enough for one night!
