A flat but not entirely level parking area beside a river and canal, with room for a 9.5m camper and more. It is suitable for a quiet night, although the nearby A road becomes busy around 5-6 am and during the day. There are no bins or other services, while phone and 3g services are available.

Leaving it 5 stars but was lots of rubbish dumped when we arrived and next to a “fairly” busy road, if you pull off for this stop but follow it 300m to the next bend there’s a similar sized “corner lay-by” with the same views and river/canal but nice and quiet far from the main road this is next too
Good, but the lack of services and busy road during the early hours and daytime mean I can't give it 5 stars.
