This riverside picnic area has tables, a barbecue and a bathing area, and overnight stays can be very quiet. A water pipe is available, although its water may not be potable. Some litter was present, but a rubbish container is available. The area is next to the town and can become busy in summer.

I spent a very peaceful night here, with nobody else around even though it was Saturday. At the back there is a swimming area and a water pipe—I don’t know whether the water is potable. There was some litter, such as a couple of containers and two plastic bottles; it would be easy to pick everything up and throw it in the available bin. Local people sometimes don’t appreciate what they have.
Sunny area with tables on the grass. Right next to the village. A little hot during the strongest sunshine. When we were there, there was quite a lot of litter; it’s a shame people still don’t know how to take their rubbish with them. The river a few meters away allowed us to cool off—luxurious!
