1875 Route d'Annecy, 74210, Faverges
Been here?
This is described as a motorhome area beside a restaurant, with the possibility of spending the night. However, the most recent visit found the restaurant parking marked as camping forbidden, and the place could not be located. Earlier stays reported grass pitches, water and toilet access, but its current availability is uncertain.

We did not find the place. The restaurant car park has a sign at the entrance prohibiting camping. I do not know whether the place still exists or whether we simply failed to find it.Translating
Very nice spot for one night. Above all, the owner is very friendly. You use the parking area’s toilet and water. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed.Translating
Beautiful green, tree-lined area for the pitches. Impeccable welcome from the very friendly owner, who is hospitable and attentive to her guests’ comfort. Many activities are offered for children (trampoline, table tennis, Frisbee, etc.). Reasonable rate of €15 per night. The only weak point is the nearby road and very busy roundabout, which makes it a little noisy at night…Translating
We spent 2 nights. Parking on grass with appreciated shade in the heat. A very kind and welcoming lady. Games for children.Translating
Very warm welcome from the owner, not far from the lake. Very pleasant. €10 per night or €20 with electricity.Translating
Maya, the owner, is a very friendly lady. The place is quite pleasant; you can fill up with water, but you cannot empty grey or black water. She charged us €20 per night for the motorhome and 5 people.Translating
On 21 July 2024, we wanted to spend the night here, but the place was closed. We continued driving.Translating
Very pleasant place and super-friendly owner—we will return without hesitation. Very beautiful region.Translating
This area has a sign indicating that picnicking is possible. There is no mention of a restaurant or an obligation to spend the night. We were refused access for a picnic. We do not object to having to pay for access to spend the night, but it would be good to install proper signs so as not to mislead people. Thank you in advance.Translating
If you are looking for a quiet place with your feet in the grass, it is perfect; far from the crowds of Annecy, even better!!! The manager is extremely pleasant, and if we pass this way again, we will bring back some local products (cassoulet :-)).Translating
Great place, friendly welcome, and spacious, pleasant surroundings. The price is reasonable for the region. We spent 2 peaceful nights here. Change nothing and keep this spirit; it is perfect.Translating
We spent one night here on our way to Annecy. Lovely family. They happened to have their granddaughters there, and it was great for our daughters to play with them (trampolines). Currently there are no facilities, but from September they will have water and electricity. Supermarket facilities nearby. 10 minutes from Lake Annecy. We will return if we come back to the area!!!Translating
