Been here?
Camping de la plage is a small, minimalist campsite close to a beach, although there is no direct access and no ocean view. Recent stays report 65€ for two vans and three people without electricity, while facilities include ageing, sometimes unclean sanitary areas and only three hot showers. A railway line passes nearby, and the site is less natural than some alternatives.

Well-located campsite but a little expensive for us, as we generally prefer nature campsites. The sanitary facilities are old-fashioned and not very clean; the beach is very close but there is no direct access. No view of the ocean. A train line runs nearby... Not natural enough for us. Nevertheless, it helped us out, as wild camping in the surrounding area is not easy! (Pay attention to reception opening hours!)
€65 for 2 vans and 3 people!! No possibility of electricity, and the showers are run-down... It is rather expensive all the same. In addition, being forced to read the regulations, with instructions worthy of a primary school, is really not great. Positive point, the access to the small beach opposite and the large pitches.
Minimalist campsite, no bread delivery (a shame, as there is no bakery nearby), no electricity, no waste disposal, only 3 hot showers and only 3 dishwashing sinks... A rather cold welcome from the owner couple. We were asked to read the regulations; the owner showed us to our pitch but said we should not ask too many questions... Still 3 stars because of the nearby beach and bus service.
The campsite is family-run, small and basic, but beautiful and cosy. There are sanitary facilities, cold and hot showers, as well as power outlets for phones and the like, and the price is €25 per night. I would come here again anytime.
For a minimalist campsite, the price is incredibly expensive! Almost the price of a hotel... We shouldn’t support this...
Very well located. Welcoming staff. Hot shower. It is clean. €37, with departure by 12 noon at the latest. No electricity or water connection. Levelling blocks provided. Several vans on site but peaceful. Respectful atmosphere. Plan to arrive before 7:30 p.m. Small view of the ocean.
Only for campers and vans. Very peaceful campsite in a busy tourist area. Close to the beach and nice restaurants. Sanitary facilities are clean but basic.
Very nice little campsite just a stone’s throw from the beach. Levelling blocks available if needed. Maximum height 2 m. Sanitary facilities OK, although the shower water was no longer very hot. We paid €37 for one van and two people without electricity. Expensive for what is offered, but there is not much choice in the area.
Welcoming and accommodating managers. VAN pitch with sea view. Clean toilet and shower. I recommend this campsite.
Contacted the campsite in August 2024: they do not accept motorhomes.
Well-maintained campsite, old but clean sanitary facilities, no electricity at the pitches, central phone-charging station, friendly operators, close to the sea (on the other side of the road). We would be happy to come back.
If you are looking for a campsite with activities and entertainment, this campsite is not for you. The atmosphere here is rather minimalist, but with just what is necessary. Clean sanitary facilities and a very friendly welcome. Perhaps not the best value for money, but a lovely place.
Camping expensive for my taste: €35 for one van and 2 people. No electricity available except for a panel at reception with 20 phones plugged in under the blazing sun!!! The showers are blocked, so your feet soak in dirty water. The only advantage is the sea right opposite. You are given an A4 sheet with the rules upon arrival. 1 night, no more!!
€36 per night + a small dog. “Camping,” or rather a site consisting solely of sanitary facilities, very expensive compared with other campsites equipped with a pool, activities, staff, food service, and where the nightly rate is nevertheless much cheaper. On the other hand, the campsite is next to the beach and the welcome is pleasant. Lots of noise at night, with the road right alongside the campsite. I can’t recommend it...
