52P Paseo del Mediterráneo, 04638, Mojácar
Been here?
A beautiful seafront daytime parking place with access to the beach. Vehicles over 5 meters are forbidden, and police have enforced this restriction. Overnight parking has resulted in a fine, while nearby beach facilities and a beach bar can create noise.

Again this year, several large motorhomes (>5 m) gathered beside me on the beach, which is prohibited for vehicles over 5 m. At 6:30 p.m. the police chased them away. Please check and respect the prohibition signs.Translating
There was a no-parking sign that I ignored. We spent the night, and in the morning, after returning from the beach, we found a fine for staying overnight. So I would never stay there again. The next day we left for another, more hidden spot on the beach downstream by the river.Translating
We arrived there early in the evening, but because of the noise from the beach bar and some negative reviews, we went somewhere else. The next day the same motorhomes we had left there were still present; apparently they were not fined. It seems the police turn a blind eye, but we did not take the risk.Translating
This place is prohibited for vehicles over 5 m. But spending the night there is not prohibited! On the beach, beside the sea. Very happy to own a California van so I could get away from the large motorhomes crammed into the neighbouring car park!Translating
10 January 2022 For us, a wonderful sunny afternoon. The police came by but did not stop; for the night we will go across the road to the car parks with the others.Translating
Fine during the day, but around 5 p.m. the local police make a round and ask you to leave if you are longer than 5 metres.Translating
