80 Calle Juan Caunedo, 24140, Lumajo
Been here?
Quiet parking at the end of Lumajo, with beautiful mountain views and a hiking route starting beside it. Overnight stays are possible, although daytime parking can fill with route users. There are few level spaces, and numerous mastiffs may be present. The nearby village bar is appreciated.

Wonderful, peaceful place. Respect the area and the people. Stopping at the little bar is worthwhile. A hike starting to the right of the car park lets you descend further on the left and return by the other path.
Beautiful views, although there are few level spaces. Presence of numerous mastiffs.
We had an incredible Easter week; the people of the village were the best. Be careful at Easter, as they play pranks. Don't miss visiting the bar.
I had a good night's sleep, with incredible views and few level areas. The start of a route is right next to it.
The view and the tranquillity are spectacular. There is no artificial light, just the mountains, nature and a few hikers. The site is quite steep, and the last unpaved metres currently have some deep potholes. There is absolutely no mobile reception. The streets in the village are wide enough for a car with no oncoming traffic. We really enjoyed the night there!
Parking for starting hiking routes, in a quiet location away from the village. We spent one night and it was fine. The road looks narrow, but we passed without problems with a 7-metre-long, 3-metre-high overcab motorhome.
