7 Saint Ives Lane, TR27 5BS
Been here?
One of two small free parking lots with great views. The original restriction prohibited parking from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m., but the latest report says those signs are no longer present here and apply only to the small adjacent lot. Traffic can pass constantly, making the night somewhat unsettled. The parking is close to the beach and coastal paths.

There are no longer any signs prohibiting overnight stays—only on the small car park next door. Our night here was somewhat restless because quite a lot of traffic passes constantly.Translating
another dead park up, the golden goose well and truly strangled It's Cornwall County Council's stated aim to roll out restrictions across the entire county to completely end free camping for vehicles. This is obviously going to make life very difficult for the hundred of local people, including key workers, who live full time in vans and rely on park ups like this one. Translating
Also seen new signs no campers overnight, very sad, used to be a lovely stop. Translating
Penalty notice from the council now up: no motorhomes or campers between 23:00 and 08:00.Translating
great place to stay, flat, some cars coming and going until 11pm, then quiet until morning, Translating
Small flat car park along a road with some traffic. The place was quite full when we arrived around 8 pm. The ground is completely waterlogged, with puddles and mud everywhere.Translating
