Unnamed Road, 94015, Piazza Armerina
Been here?
A small parking area at the end of a narrow road leading to a chapel, with a view from the illuminated cross. It can provide a quiet night, but nearby dogs may bark continuously, and occasional vehicles turn around on the parking area. Vehicles over 6 m may find the approach difficult.

Avoid. The neighbour takes the dogs out and they bark constantly. We left after enjoying the sunset from the cross.
A secluded and quiet place. I like these kinds of spots. With large vehicles—over 6 metres—I might not go up, although it is possible. The road is somewhat narrow and well paved, but at night and in the rain it feels a little daunting. Still, it is doable.
For one night it’s okay!!! The dogs are very noisy.
Okay for one night. It was mostly quiet, but watch out for certain special days when parking is forbidden.
Nice spot, nice view but not good for the night. Cars and scooters drove around all night, with loud music and laughter.
The dogs are still barking in the valley, but it is quiet at night. During the week, very few cars. Peaceful night, recommended before going back down to visit Villa Casale.
True to the description. Many cars came to turn around in the small square. In addition, dogs bark regularly at night. Otherwise, it is quiet.
Very pretty place that matches the descriptions below, but two very large dogs below started barking as soon as we arrived and did not stop. Our presence made the noise unbearable, so we had to leave under their barking to look for somewhere quieter…
Clean and quiet. We also saw some cars turning around, and in the morning a car stopped at the house at the bottom, but they did not say anything to us. We had no problems on the climb, but the road is a little narrow. We slept very well at night.
Super beautiful place. Easy to reach with our 6.5-metre camper van. Amazing sunset. Recommended!
