This is street parking under trees beside a park with excellent children's playgrounds. Bus and metro connections provide access to central Málaga, with shops and other services nearby. The area can be busy, traffic continues until late, and narrow spaces require care with vehicle height.

On Saturday evening everything was very full. We only found a tight space two streets further east. The streets are wide and quiet. At midday there were some suitable spaces. To the west, by the sports palace south of Carrefour, Metro line L2 runs to the centre every 10 minutes; at the terminus you can change directly to line L1 and continue farther into the centre.
Excellent area, with many streets offering parking. We parked on the parallel street, Villanueva de Tapia, without problems, next to an empty lot near the music conservatory and a Dia supermarket. Watch out for the trees because of the vehicle height.
You can park in several streets around the park, but it is not really quiet. Traffic continues until late at night, and the spaces along the road are narrow.
Would not spend the night with cars passing by. But Great stop for the kids, Great park with diffrent playgrounds. Lidl, farmacia and fast food near.
