Via Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa 1/3, 50136, Firenze
Been here?
Campsite between central Florence and the river Arno, easy by bus (line 14, ~20 min) or bike/cycle path along the Arno. Three pools with sunbeds, restaurant, well-stocked supermarket, and clean but often crowded showers with only partial privacy. Pitches vary from spacious to cramped and can be sloped; premium plots include water and electricity. It's popular and pricier than average, with daytime noise around the pool and some nighttime disturbance from other guests or nearby traffic.

There were four of us (2 adults and children aged 15 and 13) and everything needed for 2 nights was there. Bus line 14 takes you perfectly to the cathedral in about 20 minutes. The bus runs almost until midnight. The campsite is perfectly fine. The showers are TOP, but if you are taller than 1.80 m you will hit your head. Our motorhome is 7.40 m and there was plenty of space.Translating
Ideal campsite for visiting Florence. We spent 4 nights there in a van. The sanitary facilities were clean. The cooled swimming pools were very pleasant in July, and there were always sun loungers available in the shade. The restaurant was very good with reasonable prices. The bus stop is at the campsite entrance for getting to Florence, with frequent services until late in the evening.Translating
Very, very expensive site with mass processing. You book a 50–60 m² pitch with electricity and water and get one of just over 40 m², with electricity but no water. The very shallow pools are packed with people, so it is better not to think about the strange colour of the water. There is an enormous noise level all day. The location is convenient for visitors to Florence, but that is all.Translating
Perfect for a trip to Florence! The campsite offers everything you need. Clean sanitary facilities, 3 different pools with loungers, nice level pitches—simply great!Translating
Pleasant campsite with 3 pools and a jacuzzi. You can take the bus to the centre in 20 minutes for €1.70. Pitch in full sun. The sanitary facilities… what can I say? Very inadequate for a campsite with these amenities, especially since the shower partitions are transparent and you can easily see your neighbour’s silhouette!!!! Two nights for a motorhome for two people cost €140—it’s expensive!Translating
Large campsite with everything you need! Good for one night! Swimming pool that can accommodate hundreds of people, or more lol. Ideally located for going to Florence, either by bus line 14 or by motorbike/car—easy to get to the centre! High price, the most expensive among our many stops throughout Italy!Translating
Nice campsite for visiting Florence, but €72 per night (1 van and 3 people). 3 pools and sun loungers, sanitary facilities okay, small pitches but water and electricity. We asked for a shady and quiet spot. Bus stop outside, about 20 minutes from the city centre. Tickets cost €1.70 and can be bought on site or via the AT Bus Toscana app. For the return, take the 14A from Piazza San Marco. A little noisy at night, but the children loved it.Translating
We spent 3 nights here. The cleanliness was perfect, the staff super attentive, the pool area perfect for the children, and we ate at the restaurant—excellent value for money. The pitches were spacious and level, with electricity and water hookups very close to the pitch. There is a bus stop that takes you to the centre and then brings you back to the campsite; the fare is €1.70. Recommended.Translating
Rich in facilities, very attentive to cleanliness, and the staff are always friendly. The restaurant is also excellent, with the option of a buffet breakfast or breakfast at the bar, offering a variety of brioches and pastries. The electrical supply can also support air conditioners. The only downside is that it is not very well served by public transport.Translating
25 minutes from the centre by bus from the campsite entrance. The standard pitch is a bit tight but sufficient for a 7 m motorhome. Facilities such as the pools, bathrooms and supermarket are top-notch. The campsite is very well maintained overall—a sure bet.Translating
Expensive campsite but 20 minutes by bus from Florence, with beautiful pools and pitches at the lower end of the usual size. Clean sanitary facilities, very busy—book in advance because even in June it is already difficult.... Electricity included....Translating
We had a very sloping pitch; for the price, they should level the pitches. There was little or no information about the site and the bus into town—you have to ask explicitly about everything (for example, bus tickets are available at reception, but only on request). The pool bar’s opening hours were not observed. The pool is also open to non-guests, so it gets crowded at weekends.Translating
Nice, large campsite close to the centre of Florence. Three spacious swimming pools with a bar, bicycle rental and a small supermarket. We had a lovely pitch under the trees with our own water point. Florence is easy to reach by bicycle. The sanitary facilities are clean, although the shower walls are somewhat transparent. It is on the expensive side: €62 per night for 2 people with a small camper van.Translating
Very well located; you can reach Florence quickly by scooter. We really liked it here—everything was very clean and the staff were genuinely nice and friendly. Highly recommended.Translating
2 nights at the campsite for a VW T6 van and 2 adults (€100 + €14 taxes); pleasant pitch under olive trees. Surprised by the shower partitions. Clean sanitary facilities (as mentioned previously, sometimes a few smells).Translating
Good campsite but somewhat expensive. The maintenance of the bathrooms/showers leaves something to be desired. Bus at the entrance to go to the city, which unfortunately is quite irregularTranslating
Beautifully laid-out site. €64 per night for a 6 m campervan and 2 people. Sanitary facilities relatively clean, shower cubicles somewhat small. Lots of ants and many, many, many mosquitoes!! The city center is easy to reach by bus, but it is usually extremely crowded. With a stroller, the bus is very cramped (especially on the return journey; the outbound trip into the city is usually fine)!! Fine for a city campsite!Translating
Beautiful, clean, large campsite with many different facilities (pool, supermarket, bar, restaurant...). Bus stops not far away; tickets are available at the counter. Showers and toilets very clean. Highly recommended.Translating
A top campsite, but very noisy. With the numerous barking dogs and noisy motorcyclists coming and going, it is not a restful place. The price of around €75 for a camper and 2 people would be the least of it. Otherwise, nothing to complain about: excellent, clean bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, perfect pools, and an area with excellent restaurants.Translating
Ideal location for visiting Florence. Bus line 2 minutes away. Laundry service available, and a well-stocked shop on site. However, the pitches facing the maintenance staff entrance should not exist, except perhaps for a single night. They are not good pitches. Early wake-up with the staff starting their shift.Translating
High-quality campsite, bathrooms and showers spotlessly clean, very well-maintained greenery. Professional staff available 24/7. Prices are high; a 7 m camper pitch for 2 adults, one child and one dog cost €96 all-inclusive.
Large campsite near Florence, offering a bus service into the city for €1.70 (which sometimes does not show up). We paid €57 per night for 2 people, but there was only room for the camper and nothing more. Minus one star because there are far too few and too-small showers and toilets for the number of guests; the staff do their best to keep everything clean.
Professional campsite, very clean sanitary facilities. We booked in good time and therefore paid €150 for 3 nights for our 7.5 m motorhome, including tourist tax. That is reasonable for the service and cleanliness. The cycle path along the Arno is great, and you can quickly reach the city center by bike.
Very friendly welcome. At the beginning of May we were not charged extra even though we had not booked. Water and electricity at the pitches. For the bus, the ideal option is to take it in the morning at 8 a.m. and return from the terminus at Santa Maggiore. Indeed, the Florentines must be fed up with this undersized route. On site there is a mini-market, restaurant, pools, bar and children's games.
We had not booked, so we were charged extra because demand was high. The pitches are narrow. The sanitary facilities are spotless, but what about the showers with frosted-glass partitions? You can see your neighbors—men or women—quite well... Beware if you want to take bus 14 to visit Florence city center: it is often packed and seriously delayed.
€259 for 2 nights, 2 people and a dog. For our 8 m motorhome we had to book a premium pitch. Very uneven, noisy and dirty (cigarette butts and dog droppings). Vehicle traffic on the campsite at night and lots of people. Very noisy near the railway bridge. The value for money is outrageous. Never again.
Big modern camp. good facilities. small spaces. Perfect for visiting Firenze. quite expensive
A perfect campsite for exploring Florence. Many facilities such as a supermarket, restaurant and pool area. Good service building. The price reflects this; we paid €120 for a motorhome and two people. No problem entering with a 9-meter motorhome.
Pitches extremely narrow, noisy surroundings, tour buses warming up....... Pool area heated only by the sun... Nice cycle path along the Arno toward Florence city center... Quite expensive....
Motorhome pitch, very narrow, sloping, completely unsuitable for a 7 m motorhome. The price is excessive: €60 for one person and one vehicle, truly outrageous. You can clearly see that they have a monopoly. Sanitary facilities immaculate and very clean, nothing to say about that. You get all the services of a luxury campsite, but the price is really far too high.
First-class site. We found a restaurant and mini-market, pool, clean and tidy sanitary facilities, and a well-kept site; manageable walking distance and good connection to Florence city center; all the staff on site were very competent and helpful. Recommended—I will definitely go again, even at around €60 per day for a 7.0 m motorhome and 2 people.
