This is free parking beside the Nemunas River, near a city park, forest park, beach, restaurant and walking routes. It can be suitable for a short stop, but overnight parking is difficult because the small lot becomes very crowded and tight, especially later in the day. Campers may not be able to use the main area, which includes a pedestrian and cycling zone.

The parking area is hardly suitable for overnight stays. We were there around 6 p.m. and drove on.
In the evening it was completely full of cars and impossible to get through with the van. Very narrow. We drove on!
