Camping Riedsee

Great lake nearby for swimming; the site had plenty of grass and a beautiful view. Everything you need is there. Netto supermarket 2 km away. Too bad swimming ends at 7 p.m.

Beautiful facility. On particularly warm days, the lake is indeed busier with day visitors, but the facilities and activities at the bathing lake are also excellent. Delicious food and drinks are available on site, and wonderfully friendly staff take great care of the place. Campfires are permitted on the outdoor pitches, electricity is available, and you are very well looked after. We had a wonderful time here!

Anyone looking for peace and relaxation is definitely in the wrong place here. During hot days, many day visitors fill the site, walk across the pitches, play football between the motorhomes and lie there with their towels. The campsite is used as a party meeting place, with noise until after 2 a.m. The women’s sanitary facilities are outdated and the showers are borderline. We did not feel comfortable here and do not recommend the site.

Definitely not a nice campsite for people who want peace and quiet. Our pitch was occupied by other people who used it as a playground and played football one metre from our motorhome, and it was extremely noisy. We definitely won’t be coming back. Not a place for people seeking peace and quiet!

Next to great swimming lake, with food kiosks and attractions in the water. The price is per person.

The facility is very well maintained and located directly on the lake. The staff are extremely friendly. We only arrived at 8:30 p.m.—although the site was actually already closed, an employee came especially to let us in.

A site manager just as you would wish for: friendly, helpful and humorous. In addition, a very nice site with clean sanitary facilities. We would be happy to come back.
