Thanks to the town hall for this fabulous area. You sleep peacefully and it is very cool at night. Very well located for visiting the Jerte Valley. Natural pool 200 metres away. We will visit again. Good camper area, with all services working. Only four spaces, but it is possible to park outside the area, right next to the Jerte River. There are river beaches for swimming and a hiking trail (Ruta Garganta de las Nogaleas). Small but pleasant village for a walk along the riverbanks. Thank you to the municipality.✦Translating

We spent one night to do a hiking route. Only five spaces for motorhomes, with filling and emptying services. If you follow the rules and do not park where specifically prohibited, they let you park outside the designated spaces without problems. Respect the rules and they will let us continue visiting these beautiful villages.✦Translating

As a local resident and camper enthusiast, I remember that the area has four parking spaces. Even if more people park, respect the residents’ parking spaces, otherwise fines will start being issued after notification by the municipal police. There are many places in the valley, and they are quieter for spending the night.✦Translating

Area next to the river, with 4 spaces, but there were 10 motorhomes and we had no problem. I am taking away one star because users were camping, with tables, chairs, bicycles and buckets outside their motorhomes. The access to the river was full of rubbish; I collected 3 bags of rubbish and 2 cardboard boxes. Please pick up your rubbish and set a good example, or they will eventually close the area.✦Translating

Perfect for emptying black and grey water and filling up with water. It could deserve 5 stars if the municipality installed cameras, because unfortunately some families live there illegally and the children come to ask campers for money, while their dogs are visibly sick. We spent one night without any problems, but left the next morning. Parking for a maximum of 24 hours.✦Translating

Four spaces, with two occupied by cars, probably belonging to workers from a boiler-making workshop located opposite the supposed motorhome parking spaces. They occasionally put pieces out partially onto the street to paint. Total disappointment.✦Translating

I do not recommend parking outside the motorhome area; I received a fine for parking outside the zone. The place is being abused, although I think it is normal that people take out hammocks as if it were a campsite. There are more places in the area where nobody is disturbed; in the end we all pay. We arrived around 21:30 and parked right next to the car park, in the same river meadow. There are plenty of parking spaces and no disturbance to the neighbours. The people of Navaconcejo are very friendly. For breakfast, go to the Bar de los Latinos, and there are several specialist shops for buying food. The swimming area is further down.
