Simple, clean campsite; thank you to the municipality

A top-notch “old-fashioned” campsite, just as we like them. For a modest price of €9 for the pitch plus €0.94 tourist tax, you get clean sanitary facilities, a perfectly level motorhome pitch on grass, the town centre and walks nearby. What more could you ask for? Thank you to the municipality for maintaining this kind of welcome; we hope for many years to come…

Still just as pleasant to stay at this campsite. The staff who come by in the evening to collect payment are still just as friendly. The sanitary facilities are basic but clean. We will return.

Excellent municipal campsite for just under €10 per night with the camper, without electricity. The sanitary facilities are clean but old. The regular shower is set far too hot and could be adjusted more. The disabled shower has the right water temperature, but you have to hold the shower head with one hand. Just park wherever you see some space; there are no real pitches, and someone comes to collect the money in the evening or morning. Bakery in the village

This little no-frills campsite is top-notch, just as we like them: in the countryside, beside waterfalls that you can hear flowing from your pitch. The very friendly warden and €10 for the night make it really affordable, with very well-maintained sanitary facilities included! Nothing to complain about. Excellent

Perfect, thank you to the municipality for this very pleasant, very clean little campsite without a barrier. Someone comes at the end of the day to collect payment. The shower is hot and has good pressure. You can do laundry and wash dishes with hot water. And all this for €10 without electricity.

Lovely small, no frills municipal campsite. Grass pitches with electricity. Large clean sanitary block with showers, toilets, clothes washing sinks, and dish washing sinks. Plenty of hot water all day too. Much rather pay 14.90€ for here than parked in a carpark. Thank you Mortain for this facility.

We went in August. The camping was quite full, but there was still a bit of space for our tents. Large parking lot near the entrance as well. Nice large bathrooms. Beautiful location

A little campsite just as we like them. Very quiet, immaculate sanitary facilities. Magnificent view and lovely walks to see the beautiful waterfalls. The person who comes to collect payment is very friendly, and all for a very modest price. Much better than a Camping-Car Park. Thank you to this charming town.

Very warm welcome, no stress, pleasant pitch, unbeatable prices and an immaculate little sanitary block. Not to mention the breathtaking waterfall trails. We loved our 24 hours in this peaceful little corner. We recommend it to all travellers looking for something different from the atmosphere of motorhome parking areas!!

Simple but everything we needed. Hot shower, washing up area, toilets, rubbish and power all for 5 euros. Close to shops. Nice we spot. Someone came to clean and take money around 6:30 and they cleaned again this morning

Louis the truck stopped here. Very nice little campsite and a good starting point for a hike to the waterfalls. Sanitary facilities a little old-fashioned but very clean and functional.

Very pleasant little campsite, with shade or sun. A municipal collector, very kind, comes by morning and evening. We paid €14.40 for two people. Sanitary block old but clean: Warning: the showers are very slippery. High risk of falling. The walk to the small and large waterfalls via the Devil’s Well is very pleasant! It is a shame there is no information about this route.

Municipal campsite with easy access. It has no barrier. Nor does it have marked pitches; everyone finds a place wherever they can. It is in the village itself. The bathrooms are old and cleanliness is only so-so. The place is beautiful and very quiet. A warden comes to collect payment.

This campsite is very nice, but unfortunately over the years the sanitary facilities have become increasingly dirty and apparently nobody intends to do anything about it, especially as there is talk of opening a new campsite near the river. I wonder what foreigners think, since many cycle through here. It is indeed a junction of several cycle routes.

Lovely small campsite, for one night absolutely perfect. We have paid 9,44 for minivan, 2 people, dog for free. Toiletes and showers included, for such a price we were surprised by its cleaness. We were 100% satisfied.

tiny, very tiny municipal campsite, open to everyone, with no barrier or supervision. The sanitary block is used by anyone and everyone; dog walkers and all kinds of curious people come and go freely. Security = 0! No services for motorhomes, just a patch of land—I’ve rarely seen anything like it!
