Les Cimes du Périgord

Quiet, with a view of Puymartin Castle. Pleasant campsite and friendly welcome from Vivie.

I stayed one night; far too expensive considering that we have our home on wheels. The next day I went to the farm next door.

We were welcomed by Vivie and Éric in a very pleasant, peaceful setting, with a pool overlooking the castle. We were alone in the pool in the early afternoon; it was really great! The facilities are always clean, Vivie listens to her campers, and there is a family atmosphere. Friday burger evening. We will gladly return. Mireille and Dany, Marie-Line and Claude, the vans from Vendée!

Vivie and Éric, who took over this year, take excellent care of the campers. They gave us genuinely good advice about the region and have preserved the family atmosphere. Clean and quiet campsite. This is the third time we have returned and we will come again! Pleasant pool with a beautiful panorama… far from tourist traps. A truly wonderful holiday experience.

The place is quiet, shaded and the pool has a beautiful panorama. However, I don’t understand why it costs €32 per night. The pool is small, the pétanque court is not maintained, access to the campsite is difficult (a narrow passage through a forest), and there is no way to dispose of rubbish.

Very quiet, well-equipped campsite (pool, clean facilities) and well maintained, even though renovations are underway. Very friendly welcome from the new owners and reasonable prices. We will return.

This campsite is excellent. It is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend it. They changed owners this year, and the name was changed to “Les Cimes du Périgord”.

Car park currently closed. It will certainly reopen next year. To be continued…

This place has (very recently) been permanently closed. Too many problems with customers, especially motorhome users. Permit issues also influenced the owner’s decision.
