A private wild spot with exceptional sea views, usually comfortable for 2 vehicles but uneven and difficult to level. It is very quiet at night, with only occasional daytime traffic. The area can have many midges, especially in the evening, and cows may visit. Fires are not allowed.

Great spot for a quiet night. From 9 p.m. until 8 a.m. not a single car or motorbike passed (about six between 6 and 9 p.m.); it’s wonderfully, deafeningly quiet here! The view is beautiful, but the bushes are getting too tall to see over from your chair. Move a little closer to the quiet road and you can see past them. From the bus, you can see over them nicely. No problems with midges or ticks.
Lovely quiet spot. My 6-metre bus just fits, and it takes some manoeuvring to get it straight. Fantastic view.
Great place to stop. Could fit 3–4 if squeezed in, but 2 is comfortable. Lots of midges and not level, but a lovely private spot.
Absolutely stunning view. A few cow friends might come to visit; they’re friendly. You can find almost-flat areas here, no problem, and there’s virtually no traffic. The only drawbacks are midges in the evening (probably fewer when it’s windy) and, because of the livestock, lots of ticks!
Beautiful views. We tucked in in our van. There is space for one really. Level-ish. We are totally self contained. We lit no fires (previous people must have) and we leave no trace. (LNT). Sun trap and not many midges! A true gem!
This is a great spot to spend a night. Room for one motorhome. Not level but no problems with levelers. Road is quite at night with the odd car in the morning. Amazing views. Amazing views
Absolutely extraordinary views on the 'scenic route' between Lochinver and Ullapool, if you aren't in a rush I can't recommend coming this way enough. Not sure I stopped at this particular spot but all along this road there are loads of stops, it's super quiet, and just breathtaking. Can easily stay overnight at any number of them also.
Nice view overlooking the sea. Just off a quiet rural road. Ok phone signal (2 bars o2). Uneven but usable with levellers. Room for 1 large van or 2 smaller ones. A nice quiet spot. NO FIRES!
