Seaside cove, rough stony track

Relatively easy place to reach by car, with a dirt road and some sharp stones; just be a little careful. Quiet spot with a great view of the sunset. Too bad there was some rubbish around. Popular with fishermen, climbers and runners. Highly recommended—we spent two nights here in complete peace.✦Translating

Very nice spot, although with our VW bus we only dared go as far as the first “parking area.” It is right behind the fence of the neighboring houses and is not very attractive. After that, the road was too washed out for us and the risk of scraping the underside was too high. There are currently no other vans here either.✦Translating

I wanted to reach the cliffs and the various caves but without success. As soon as I took the path to Calamancina with my 7-metre van, I found some cars and two vans parked. I continued straight for about 500 metres, but then found deep tracks from other vehicles, mud on mud, puddles, grass and stones here and there. It has rained in recent days and the road is impassable. I didn’t want to risk getting stuck, so I turned back.✦Translating

beautiful place! only accessible with 4x4 and at tyres, as one part is really muddy. but plenty of accessible spots before this one, not so pretty tough.

A peaceful corner very close to San Vito lo Capo. A dirt road leads to the open area, but you can choose where to stop depending on the difficulty of the road—there is room for everyone. There is a beautiful walking trail and also an area for swimming. If you like climbing, it’s perfect, with many rock faces.✦Translating

Absolutely the most beautiful spot on the island. Every vehicle can reach this point; farther back, everyone must judge for themselves. We were here the first night with 3 other vans, and the next day with 6—almost like a campsite (unfortunately).✦Translating

Various spots in the direction of Cala Mancina. Spots closer to San Vito lo Capo are also accessible for larger motorhomes. Toward Cala Mancina, the road becomes rougher and narrower. No 4x4 is needed; no problem with a VW Transporter.✦Translating

A nice place if you want to immerse yourself in the middle of nowhere, since the road here is unpaved. My motorhome made it, but you have to be careful. I’m not giving five stars because it’s all rocky and there is rubbish around—but if you want to stay isolated with a breathtaking view, this is the right place. There is a little red cat just waiting to be taken away. Take it with you or feed it; it will be grateful.✦Translating

Magnificent! Peaceful and spectacular. Access to the sea is very difficult. Magnificent sunsets. Apparently a permitted place (a local recommended it to us). One of the most beautiful wild camping spots in Sicily. But you won’t be alone.✦Translating

Wonderful! A little difficult to get there, but more than worth the journey. We stayed at the spot with the abandoned camping table, pallet bench and fire pit. Very nice, but all the places here are beautiful. The sea can be reached fairly easily through a small gap in the rocks. You can drive farther to the climbing spots, but the road certainly doesn’t get any better. We had 4 lovely days!✦Translating

After a long search, we spent a wonderful day and a peaceful night here, with a fantastic sunset. There is a small beach about 10 minutes away on foot. There are many places for campers to stay, but everyone has enough privacy. Highly recommended!

We slept here alone, with the sea next to us, although access was not very easy. Very beautiful views.
