Getting here needs an off-road vehicle. Check your ground clearance before setting off.
A quiet riverside place reached by a difficult mountain track. The route from Brret is currently reported as impossible, while the Krujë route has a very steep, loose and slippery final section after the cemetery. It is not recommended for driving there, even though a lifted Defender managed the approach.

Do not recommend driving there.
I’ve took the path down from Kruje in my Defender 110 lifted 2”. Passed the river bed and drove up to Bret. The Kruje path I believe was a bit harder.
The approach via Brret is currently not possible, at least for now. There are quarries everywhere along the mountain ridges, creating new roads. Our navigation system couldn't cope, but the quarry workers helped us. Better take the Kruja route. The last section from the cemetery is very steep and the loose gravel is slippery. Peaceful place, little rubbish; they built a second bathing pool and took the traces of civilization with them.
