Bagatell Camping is a spacious campsite directly beside the sea, where guests can choose their own pitch and may park at the water’s edge. The current price is 690 NOK, with electricity and showers included. Recent feedback reports very poor, dirty sanitary facilities and no dishwashing area. The sea has abundant jellyfish.

The location is excellent, right on the water. The service was the worst we experienced during our road trip. NOK 690. Very poor and dirty sanitary facilities. No dishwashing facilities. When I gave this feedback to the man who came by to collect payment: they couldn't care less. Jellyfish in the sea—lots of them, so don't swim.
Lovely spot by the sea with the possibility of swimming. As a Dane, you can pay with MobilePay.
Great place, fantastic location and views, choose your own pitch. Parked directly by the water; spacious and well maintained. Sanitary facilities adequate and sufficient. The site manager comes around in the evening to collect payment in cash (also euros) or by bank transfer. Super friendly and even speaks German. Price at the regional level.
Very beautiful site... unfortunately already closed on 2 September....
Great pitches! You can choose your own place, and quite a few spaces by the water were available. The showers are okay. Unfortunately, there was a very large school class there at the time, causing constant noise for the campers. The children shouted and yelled, and none of the supervisors or owners did anything to control it. So we could only partly enjoy the beautiful view and had little chance to relax.
Great site right by the water, sanitary facilities clean and okay, and included in the price, as was electricity. Pitches are not assigned, so it is possible to stand directly by the water. Friendly welcome. The only downside is €62 for one night and no card payment, although cash in euros is accepted.
Beautiful place for a caravan right on the seashore. A nearby beach for swimming and a forest with blueberries. Showers included and quite good. Very large campsite full of people, with a playground for older children, but it was quiet by the water at the edge. Reception closed; in the evening a man walks around collecting money. You can pay in cash or by bank transfer. The most expensive campsite we encountered in Norway :(
We arrived at midday and managed to get a nice place directly by the water. Cash payment in euros and bank transfer in the evening with the operator are possible; he came directly to the individual pitches and was very friendly. The site itself is otherwise very basic, but the location makes up for it!
Beautiful, quiet campsite. We were almost the only ones there. We arrived quite late and therefore paid a lower price. Everything fair, sanitary facilities okay. Beautiful view.
Unfortunately, the price of NOK 680 per night for two people and a motorhome does not reflect the service. But for the front row and the wonderful natural view, it is still worthwhile.
Great location, not such a great price. At NOK 650 (motorhome, electricity, two people, NO Wi-Fi), this site topped everything we had seen during our three weeks in Norway. Problem: payment was supposed to be by bank transfer in NOK, which was difficult from our German account. We simply used the current exchange rate.
Very beautiful, quiet campsite. We arrived very late and were allowed to choose a pitch. We could report to reception in the morning. However, nobody was at reception all day. We called the manager, who came by the camper in the evening with a paper showing the bank-account number. You have to transfer the money yourself. Only then were we told the price: €50 per night. We think this is a very high price for what you get.
Peaceful and friendly campsite, very beautiful surroundings, with a few pitches by the water. Friendly owner. The only drawback: €50 for one night for 2 people and electricity. One women’s shower and one men’s shower, but it is possible to shower in the toilet facilities; a door at the back gives access to a shared shower room. Very hot water, free of charge.
The location was good, otherwise it wasn’t that great. No hot water, just a washroom with toilet and shared shower. It seems to be mainly intended for the camp. Payment only by bank transfer; you have to photograph the bank details from a note. 400 NOK/night (motorhome, no electricity, 2 people).
The campsite looks beautiful and is located by the water. Wonderful view. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay because there were groups of schoolchildren. We were told they were sorry it had not been clearly indicated.
We were there; the campsite was empty, with no information. We were then told that it probably only opens in mid-June, as canoe camps for children are currently taking place during the week. The location is fantastic, otherwise everything looks very outdated.
We can only agree with the other reviews—the view and location are beautiful, free choice of pitches directly by the water, and the site was very empty. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are old, though clean. Only one individual shower each for men and women (included in the price) on the entire site, plus an open shared shower room in the toilet area with no separation between showers... Washing machine costs 50 NOK, pitch including electricity 650 NOK.
Very small and pleasant campsite with a great view, but the sanitary facilities leave something to be desired (old and dirty). The price is quite high for this. 590 NOK without electricity, 650 NOK with electricity.
