Quiet parking, village services

A large parking area at the entrance to Varaire, with a small village shop and a hostel nearby. The village hall may sometimes be in use, but nights are generally quiet, especially on the grassy section farther from the road. Line buses stop in the morning without causing much noise. Local shops and services include groceries, fuel, tobacco, newspapers, a postal agency and pilgrim-oriented meals.
