Sea-view parking, early departure

A free parking area with 27 spaces, a good sea view and a very quiet setting, although the church bell sounds from time to time. Access is difficult in this mountainous area and may be impossible for extended vans; vehicles larger than vans are not suitable. A local shop is within walking distance, and the beaches of Opatija are about a 1 hour hike away. Police have required departures at 8h.

We have an extended van and it was impossible to access the car park. We tried all three possible entrances, looking at the satellite view. Perhaps we should have continued along the road marked with the “dead end” sign, but we didn’t dare because night was falling.Translating
Completely packed on Wednesday evening at the beginning of October, but it felt safe. Not suitable for anything larger than vans because it is very tight. Anyone approaching from the south will be directed by Maps into a dead end and extremely narrow side streets; follow the satellite image when arriving.Translating
