Chemin de Pierrouret, 84160, Lourmarin
Been here?
Free municipal asphalt parking at Lourmarin's village entrance facing the castle, with walking paths to vineyards. Close to shops, restaurants, and the famous Friday market at the parking. No services; toilets and bins 200m into the village. Peaceful nights off-season; crowded in summer. Lit overnight; larger motorhomes may find tight spacing.

We tried to sleep there with a seven-metre motorhome, but it is impossible to be comfortable, so we went somewhere else.
Yes, just for one night. Parking on asphalt; advantage: close to the centre, shops, restaurants and markets. Be careful to stay within the marked spaces.
We spent one night here to visit the market on Friday. It starts right next to the parking area. We had no concerns about leaving our van unattended during the day. We found no prohibition signs anywhere. Many campers were parked here. The area is also lit at night, and bins are available. Relatively quiet at night; early in the morning it became noisy because of the market.
We spent one lovely night here. The parking area is clean, the town centre is magnificent, and there is a beautiful castle. You can also go on lovely hikes from this parking area. Recommended!
Parking a campervan here in winter is certainly no problem, but now in September it is impossible because of too many cars. We parked near the recycling station to visit the town and go to a restaurant. It would be good if there were a dedicated campervan parking area.
A town that knows how to welcome motorhome travelers. MANY THANKS to the municipality, because we can park for free in this magnificent village, just like cars.
We stayed here together with another motorhome for one night. It was completely straightforward. Beautiful views of the surrounding area. Toilet and bins on site. The road did not bother us. Lourmarin is worth a visit!
A spacious parking area! Thanks to the town hall. It is a shame there is no service point for emptying tanks and replenishing water. Let’s not forget that motorhome travelers spend their money in the municipalities they visit.
Parking area without services but very easy to access at the entrance to town, close to the centre and shops. Very quiet night at this time of year, with an unbeatable view of the castle. The village deserves a visit. Thanks to the municipality for this place.
Good parking lot where you can spend the night. No services but really close to the Center and nice view of the castle. A walking path that takes to vineyards starts from there as well. Definitely recommend
Great spot facing the castle. Paved parking without services, right next to the village, where overnight stays are permitted. Thanks to the municipality.
Busy little car park but emptied out early evening. Peaceful night with toilets available 200 metres in the village. Nice view of the Chateau.
We spent one night in this parking area. Several motorhomes and vans were there too. No noise. Very close to the centre for sightseeing, with a view of Lourmarin castle. An added bonus: clean toilets and a water point for refilling jerry cans and/or bottles.
Passing through on April 22, the parking area is very well located for visiting the town, probably less so for sleeping.
Stayed here by chance after seeing the castle from the road, very pretty village with plenty of bars and restaurants. Almost flat car park with plenty of space. Not busy at present.
Parking easy to access and ideally located for visiting the village and/or castle. View of the castle. Staying one or two nights is tolerated. Be careful: market on Fridays. If you plan to leave in the afternoon, plan your departure carefully so you do not get stuck, as the car park fills very quickly from 11 a.m., even in the off-season.
