Spectacular viewpoint, but it clearly says NO OVERNIGHT STAYS.Translating
Spectacular. It fills up with people in the morning and afternoon, but it is worth going early to get a good spot. Horses and cows come over to say hello. When we went in October, it was excessively windy—almost unpleasant—but the place is worth it.Translating
Magnificent plateau with a splendid view. Many horses, not very wild. We had a picnic but did not stay; the wind picked up.Translating
The police come by early in the morning and warn that even overnight stays are prohibited, and that there are signs informing you of this. BE CAREFUL!Translating
IMPRESSIVE PLACE. I spent two nights here and it is undoubtedly one of the best places. You wake up with horses around you. The only downside is that many cars come to take photos. The wind can be a little uncomfortable, but it is worth it. Please look after places like this so they are not closed.Translating
Spectacular place to spend the night. We slept very peacefully; the sunrise here is well worth it.Translating
Wonderful views. Pleasant, quiet place where you can see the stars. Horses come close in the morning. Very peaceful night.Translating
Spectacular site, on top of the hill and full of horses and cows.Translating
We slept very well. Perfect for spending the day in the Irati Forest and going up there to sleep. It is about 3 km from the car park.Translating
A spectacular place to sleep if the weather allows it. The wind at this viewpoint can become very unpleasant and prevent you from sleeping.Translating
Great place at 1,700 m altitude. Unfortunately, we were in the clouds in the evening and morning. 12 degrees when we woke up. The road is free all the way to the site.Translating
Amazing views when the clouds clear. We spent the night without any problems. Quiet except for the horses!Translating
Peaceful night and spectacular views. Several motorhomes and vans slept there. Gateway to the Irati Forest. Would return.Translating
Quiet place with good views. Perfect before entering the Irati Forest.Translating
Spectacular mountain pass if the fog lets you see beyond it. In our case, it was so thick that it was difficult even to drive there. Very windy. Wild and natural night. No services, but I think it is the closest place to Casas de Irati—the starting point for some routes through the Irati Forest—where overnight stays, but not camping, are permitted.Translating
If you are not afraid of the pure mountain air, the sound of cowbells—even at night—the wild horses and the commanding views over the Basque Country, then this place is for you!Translating
Stormy, misty, rainy, windy. If you like the feeling of sleeping safe against the elements, this is your place. Paradise
Perfect night with a couple of motorhomes and another camper. It is the closest place to sleep before the national park.Translating
